While Jake is by no means perfect and a bit complicated he was right to call Gabriella out on her shit. She not only went rogue but used the way she grew up as an excuse for the last time. He was right to tell her that she needs to keep that stuff in the past but as usual she responds to criticism poorly and walks off the job which should get her fired. She's toxic and a complete mess of a woman.

I hope Bode and Audrey end up together instead of him and Gabriella. Bode and Gabriella aren’t good for each other because they both have a self-destructive personality. They always have bad timing to finally become a real couple. I predict Gabriella ends up pregnant by Jake or Bode… But I think it’s Jake’s baby. The ironic thing is that she finally wants to be with Bode, again, but he’s finally happy and moved on with Audrey and Gabriella is still pregnant with Jake’s baby- BAD TIMIMG as always. Bode and Gabriella aren’t meant to be together.

So glad I came back for a revisit. Man, the narrator guy hit it out of the park! Better than I remembered . A mess like Gabby, Jake, (and Bode) stinks. Who enjoys seeing Gabriella becoming a whore , as myatheticideas put it so angrily. 9 out of 10 times the preview claims, "Episode ? will see the squad working closely as a team......" Team, teamwork, every week,. but not once do we get best part of the fire fight: the post-fire "chatter that builds team unity": celebration, praise, criticism, the jokes, the fear, who messed up and has to buy the drinks, etc .FC used to be a favorite back in 2022, but the depressing--even toxic-- relationships seem endless nowadays. Romance is fine--bring it on--but ,writers, the sexual heat is burning the place down right now. It's time to quit it, not try to hit it--and miss?- -myathleticideas P.S. Many thanks, myathleticideas! I hope your post gets read by the writers and the showrunners because it puts an exclamation mark on where Fire Country has taken us at the halfway mark of Season 3.

As much as I can't stand Gabby, we really didn't get to see her and Jake's beginning, we saw their middle and end relationship. Depending on how they move forward after the hookup, maybe they can find their way back to each other. I also want to say that Bode and Audrey look like they would make a 🔥 (pun intended) couple.

Why do people find it hard to understand Gabby and Jake hooking up? She was with Jake, would probably still be with Jake, until The star of the show came along, and written that SHE LEAVE JAKE FOR BODE. I thought her and Jake were good together, but the showrunners had other plans for Jake and Gabriella. So , she sneaks off to meet up with Bode , catch feelings, then she comes up with a excuse of them not being happy together for along time. I couldn't tell. Everytime you saw the two of them they looked in love hugging and kissing, so when did it go bad for Jake and Gabriella? When Bode arrived. Then she came up with the, " we haven't been happy" bullshit. Jake's to good for her, but I would've smashed Gabby's ass too if she's giving it up. He hasn't been with anyone since Cara's passing, so he was due. If i was Jake, I wouldn't feel bad , because she was his girl from the beginning. Jake dealt with her betrayal of her getting in a relationship with his best friend, Bode can handle it. At least he'll know how Jake felt when his girlfriend and best friend slept together, and then entered into a full blown relationship. Much love Jake. Do your thing bro. If the opportunity presents itself again, do it again, but PLEASE DON'T GET BACK INTO A RELATIONSHIP WITH HER, BECAUSE SHE'S A WHORE !!!!!! JUST HIT IT, AND QUIT IT. 😊😊😊😊

Kudos to the narrator who did the voice over evaluation of the final scene of Fire Country, Season 3, episode 7. He stuck to the facts and did a great job of keeping emotion out of it. That's what magnified the huge impact of his two bomb shells, "crazy" and "...made a mistake", which were directed right at the deplorable choices the scene's writers and its director and, ultimately, its show runner made. Maybe it's just me, but I don't want to watch character destruction on this show anymore. Voice Man said he doesn't know where the show can go after this episode. I agree. I do know that saving the baby eagles promoted positive interest in Fire Country a hundred times more than Gabby and Jake fogging the back window of a pickup (double meaning there) truck.

That chick is a cold piece of work. She orchestrated the destruction of her own marriage and took no accountability for any of it. Even after she gets mad and murders her husband out of jealousy ,from a situation she pushed onto her husband that she had been pushing away, she finds a way to one again not be held accountable. Wow.

Come on guys!!! This is a no-brainer.... This episode would have made and excellent movie. The movie "Megan" cost around 12 million to make and made around 167 million in profits. Thats a lot of profits. With the advancement in such things as intimacy robots in reality: One could only assume this plot twist involving the potential love between let's just say a deprived and lonely human and a intimacy robot would clearly be a hit. I want say missed opportunity but the creators should revisit this concept for the big stage.

I'm sorry but I'd rather not watch Chicago PD anymore than see him as a romantic partner, that would ruin Sergeant Hank Voight.
