I agree that you cannot move Purdue around Michigan State but not because of the Ohio State loss. Ohio State is ranked 29 in the NET rankings which was a quad 1 loss. OSU was also 2 days after returning from the west coast and the result was as much fatigue as anything. Michigan State is lower ranked than Purdue on Kenpom and the NET. Metrics say Purdue COULD be the better team but you cannot move them around MSU when they are 2 games ahead in the B1G 10.

It all comes down to this, and Nick Saban said it best not just for college football coaches but any college coach, including basketball. When I came here, we were happy to win a game, now we're not happy to win a game, we think we should win by whatever.

Not the only person and school looking for coach possibly

1) If you are an Indiana player and are not upset with how the team is playing, you are oblivious to what is happening. 2) Players have always felt part of the team and its performance. They pay daily in sweat, pain etc. Fans investment were tickets, refreshments and time. 3) NIL has changed everything. Will the teams understand how the fans feel with the new NIL world? Fans now are more invested and expect more faster than ever before. You want 4-5 years to build your program? Is that possible that schools and teams will accept that anymore? 4) I am a life long Indiana Fan in everything and yes ND too. What we as fans have to understand is that Indiana is not *CURRENTY* a premier school. Coaches will look at what has been happening at the school, what success recent coaches have had and how they are treated during that time. 5) Hope for Indiana? *YES* Indiana has a great fanbase. The support from the administration and financial support for athletics is absolutely there. Indiana has a lot to offer. One of them is a Big Ten that overall is down. Getting a team going is easier with that. 6) Portal transfers. I don't think majoring in the portal is the best choice. It is difficult to build a team with mercenaries. Coach Woodson is experience this now. The portal is a necessary evil. Please someone find out how to pick the right players from the portal as I have no clue. HELP! Does Indiana have to focus on shooters first in all positions? Maybe get the littles less heralded kids and try to build a team attitude. Team always has to be first. 7) Coach change. Coach Woodson is regarded as a Hoosier LEGEND. I honestly am very worried about changing coaches. I am not happy with what the team has managed to accomplish. Indiana has to have the next coach committed to you to accept the position BEFORE firing Coach Woodson. It also has to be the right coach. Way too many times athletic teams have fired a coach with no real plan and no coach committed to take the position. In the end, they end up with egg on their face and a terrible choice for the position. PLEASE Indiana don't do this wrong. I want the best for Indiana.

lol, I dropped Purdue below Illinois not because they have lost more games but because margin of loss against ranked opponents was greater than Illinois’ losses….except for Purdue beating ranked Alabama by nearly double digits meanwhile Illinois lost to them by 13. This Ohio State dude always inventing reasons to disrespect Purdue. His logic falls in on itself.
