The green one is very intrusive .The man's one is more friendly ( never had it but my friend at university wore it and it was ok for me).

It is so wonderful the way you pronounce your idiom . My mother tongue is spanish and i am amazed how you say the words, so clearly pronounced, paused and sharp, you take the time describing your perception of the fragrances,very relaxed, it shows you do really enjoy doing this. Another thing, a cousin who is older than me , i am 49 she is like 62 now i guess , she used to wear that exact jovan musk that you show ( the tester one ) , but it was for women ( or maybe she used the one for man and i did not notice 😮 ) and the year was 1.988. I can clearly recall the bottle. Never seen that one with the plastic lid. Thnks.

Did they reformulate this fragrance? Does it still smell the same as it did in the 1980's? Is it still strong and long lasting?

Oh gosh. That perfume was so agressive , My aunt used to wear it . I had to run away when she was coming Home , i could not stand it, the same happened to me when she wore White Diamonds by Elizabeth Taylor 🥴🥴

Glad to c this vid. My cousin, she had this perfume back in 1.990 . Her father brought it when traveled once to n.y.c. She had it just once. I can still smell it in my brain, it was really good. They never sold it here ( cali, Colombia, South America ) I was 15 back then my cousin was 16. All of her classmates ( women ) were really jealous when she wore it, as noone else did have it. I love debbie gibson's music since then. Listen to her very often. Did not know was from Revlon ( never read the box i guess 😊). I remember in that exact year she used Colors by United Colors of Benetton and I used the same,Colors for men. We all freaked out as teenagers with that fragrance. Thanks for posting. I watch some vintage perfumes on the internet and have always wondered if they smell the same after being bottled for 20 years, in good storage conditions. I just bought a bottle today,and I like it. I agree with you it’s a fruity floral fragrance. It has a soft dry down. I think I’ll enjoy it as an “easy reach.”

My mistake! Lanvin’s My Sin was created way after the 1840’s! I was thinking of Kus Kus by Bourbon French, which was released in 1843 in New Orleans, and still producing fragrances today.

You can’t spray just a little bit though you need to spray like at least 8 to 10 sprays it’s not long lasting or loudly projecting fragrance so that’s the only thing is it’s really a ridiculous price for the lasting power

Yeah you’re not getting it yet because that is the most delicious thing I’ve ever smelled and I have over 200 perfumes, including lots of niche and designer. It is just such an addicting smell anytime I wear it out I have been telling me how good I smell, I don’t know keep trying it

The small bottle with the navy blue lid is Lutece perfume .. it was a good one

Love heaven sent and wind song my Gram wore them.. and her very favorite of all times was Youth Dew.. I still have one of her bottles and I love to pull it out and smell that scent that I loved and still do!! 🙏🏼❤️

Good luck over the coming months. I recently bought a 200ml too as Reminensce Patchouli is a top 5 perfume for me 👌.

Did you check the ingredients on both the old and the new boxes of Reminiscence Patchouli to see if there was a reformulation? Certain chemical compounds may have changed as well as the secret "fragrance" ingredient formula. The large houses like LVMH, L'Oreal. and Estee Lauder list formula codes for all their brands on the last line of the ingredients. I just noticed that my version is called Reminiscence Patchouli and the version out now is called Le Patchouli.
