The Dondozo was such a problem, damn. I don't know if Jek brought Unaware, but it's really hard to bring setup into him, I feel like. Even with Power Trip scaling, you'd need so much time to set that up, I'd be really surprised if he had nothing for that. I think, the Curse Dozo would be enough already tbh. The QA was not it sadly. I get it as insurance for a dancing Kyurem, but I think, Scarf Pult was good enough for that. You didn't really have a mon that would let Kyurem get to +2. Return would have helped here so much. But other than that and the unlucky Jolteon turn, well played. Really enjoying your videos!
Props to you for remaking. I'm always paranoid against Rachi and put Cloak on things. It's such an annoying mon to play against. x) GGs!
i would have had a sour taste in my mouth if i didnt offer the remake, it was early enough that it didnt matter all that much and nothing really changed on the first turns. i always try to be the nice guy when it comes to something like that and so i'm glad i was the nice guy in this. as for the Rachi, yeah. i didnt prepare for scarf rachi cause the last time i had fought a scarf rachi was in gen 6 so i didnt think i needed to prepare for it but it would have seemed i was wrong. at least i am happy with my play in the moment and at least it was a close game at the end so i'm not to mad after the fast and having time to process.
This is great content! Out of curiosity tho, are you worried that opponents may be scouting these videos?
I am not all that worried at all as these team preview videos go up after the battle is already done. while these videos can be used to know the sets that i more commonly use, i also post my teams in the server that the draft is happening in after the battle is finished as well so i have no worry about it really. You should get a bot to read chat for you, atleast until donations become more common for more viewer interaction. You just have to trust them not to give away whats going on onscreen
If I knew how to do that I would for at least my mods and alerts
