FISH HOT POT WITH SATE CHILI SAUCE
FISH HOT POT WITH SATE CHILI SAUCE is made easy. The key for delicious hot pot is the broth. My broth is flavorful, this time I added fresh homegrown sugarcane. To make it spicy I used store bought shrimp sate sauce and chili sauce. What else I can ask for. Sweet, sour, salty and spicy. Dip fish strips and vegetables. So satisfying!
Ingredients:
1 fresh fish, 800g
1 l shrimp , fish stock (pork,chicken)
3 garlic cloves,minced
1 shallot, minced
5 white parts green onions, minced
1 red jalapeño, minced
1-2 tablespoon oil(fat)
2 pineapple slices, cut chunks
1-2 tablespoon shrimp sate
1-2 tablespoon chili sauce
1 bowl of tomato
Seasonings:
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon seasoning powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 lime, juiced
Accompanied:
Vegetables
Fish sauce
Chili slices

@@jenpalencia4480 , after baking, you wrap the bread in foil , then put in the freezer. When you want, take out to thaw (or not). I put them in toaster oven and hit toast. @ , yes, I did take off the foil, that will make bread crispy . At my small toaster oven there are many choices like toast, bake, broil,…, I just hit toast. I bought betel plant from an Indian lady, it was in a pot, but later spreaded, it grows vigorously after rain, i never used it before. She told me to chew the leaves to cleanse liver. It's too spicy to chew for me. It's clever to use the stem to hold the roll. 👍
I believe you got different plants. I sell these betel plants on EBay and I always got in trouble with Indian buyers. What they are looking for is your plant. In Vietnam we have both, your plants we call trầu for chewing, the plants in my video is lá lốt for eating. They can be chewed for teeth health but the spices are less and are for eating.
