The topic for this demonstration is the nature and elements of dance. The strategies used to deliver the lesson includes collaborative, inquiry-based, and product-based learning. The demonstrator started the class with the usual classroom routine. Then, he encourages the students to perform warm-up activities through a Zumba dance. A pre-assessment was also conducted to check students' prior knowledge. In the picture analysis part, the demonstrator asked the students to determine the parts of the body that were used. Then, he made a short introduction to dance, its definition, and its elements. The class was divided into 5 teams and was given one topic to brainstorm. After the given time, they share their collective efforts with the whole class. For the performance, the demonstrator asked the students to create a simple dance routine that utilizes the basic elements of dance.
