I have a very tiny black dot on my molar tooth it's been there for a long long time hasn't changed and no matter how much I brush it won't came off and the dentist hasn't said anything about it. It looks like dirt or something.

The worst dental software! I think the developers had ALL the time in the world; too many too small icons, too many convoluted pages: you think in a fast paced clinic, people have time to use this program?
