I've just been trying to update the firmware of my In-Sight 7800M using In-sight explorer 6.5.0. The explorer detects my camera, but when I click the update firmware button it states "incorrect username". I've looked everywhere (I think), but I can't find a place to enter a username and/or password for the camera. When I show the spreadsheet view, it asks for my username/password which I then enter and I'm shown the spreadsheet view. Taking this as starting position for the firmware update doesn't work either, since the firmware update states that a user is currenly logged in. Any thoughts on that?

At 2:56 you said: 5 mm spacing and I am not sure if I need to go bigger or smaller with my grid. Thanks again for the video and your time.

I am using IS8401C camera and while transfering images through FTP. It was running ok since last 1 mnth but this error came since last week.... it is showing the Error message in spreadsheet as " FTP send queue is full. FTP transfer skipped until pending..."
