But in grateful humility, my heart goes out to the families of these heroes. We think about your firefighter. We pray for you. Thank you. Thank you for your unfathomable sacrifice. Our hearts break for you. The people of Arizona look on that site as sacred ground. As long as wildfires burn in Arizona, we will never forget you.

The Brave was a movie that was everything one could hope for when making such a film. You knew just how it would end, but still you held out hope they would make it. When ultimately, they perished, the experience tares your heart out. You cry and you don't care who sees you. To the crew and actors, well done. To the families of the firefighters, may God hold you extra tight. To the Granite Mountain Hotshots, may you rest well.

Just finished season 2 - so gutted it's been cancelled!

I thought I had seen all the interviews of Austin and this movie but I missed this one and just found it. It was a great interview. Plus yes Rlvis, Austin and the movie got robbed by the academy. All these nominations and not not 1 Oscar win. These academy voters need 2 have their voter cards revoked. Austin gave a once in a lifetime Oscar performance and it was the best performance of that year. Shame on u academy. I know the film and Austin won countless awards world wide bur it is a crime no oscars

i love how humble and genuine brittany seems(and how she included phillip in the men we'll fall in love with) and it's really sweet that sean and colton couldn't stop smiling at each other on set and that sean made colton blush in this interview. this was such a great interview!

I remember this tragedy in the news when it happened, but I didn't really absorb the magnitude of it until years later when I heard the entire story on a podcast. Which led me to this movie, which led me down the path of watching countless interviews and raw footage videos. This one in particular, with Amanda, Brolin, Munch, Dierks, Miles...I think I had chills the entire video. I've never felt so emotionally attached to an incident, nor the amount of empathy I have for the families, and for Brendan. It's both gut-wrenching and heart warming simultaneously. Wildland firefighters and their families deserve the utmost respect. RIP to the GMH.

Just finished Outer Range Season 2 and immediately went back and watched Season 1 AGAIN. Josh Brolin's performance is nothing short of amazing. It was weird to see him smiling so much in this interview - he barely cracks a small smirk, much less smile, in Outer Range. I think the only time he smiles in "No Country For Old Men" is when he turns down a beer at the pool near the end of the movie. Also an amazing performance.

I took me 3 years to see this interview but I am glad I did. Tara is a great interviewer, I am bummed that they give you only 5 minutes, even 10 is not enough. Some interviews are just so awful, Tara always makes them interesting and flowy.
