Customer service sent me this video, quite patronizingly as if I just was so stupid I couldn’t figure out how to put the lid on. They want me to provide proof of purchase. This was gifted to me 5 months ago… which would make sense since babies don’t eat food at birth. So basically they’re telling me to kick rocks! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Hello, I used my maker for few months now. The steam gets inside of the handle, and I can see the fungus there. How can i clean it? i tried to remove the plastic cover but I think I will break it like that. Please advice.

Thank you for taking the time to test out the UV sanitizer. I purchased a smaller UVC for the bathroom for toothbrushes and razors (Avari Premium Toothbrush Sanitizer). Wanted something larger for phones, covid masks, tweezers/toe nail clipper kit, nose hair trimmer, and wife's make up brushes/applicators.

So basically its a glorified clorox wet wipe! But takes longer. I wanted to get one for my CPAP machine components, but if it can't reach the hose internals, its pointless.
