Okay for everyone who has trouble getting this dumbass scene to trigger---It will not happen if you don't first trigger a scene inside of zell's house with his mom and two other people to the far right of the bottom downstairs. I didn't even see that that was a room you can enter and I almost didn't stumble into it. But that seen as a trigger first otherwise she won't come out for the fish. This game design sucks ass because Final Fantasy VII You could hit select and have little arrow indicators to where you could and could not go but in this game there's a lot of places you can access that don't even look like it's accessible. I haven't played this game in probably 20 years but God I don't remember it being this poorly designed in some ways.
