There is still no videos of this running in tru mud with a gatortail or the like. The lower unit will not work in mud like a real mud motor, they need to stop advertising this abortion as a mud motor. Sure its a closed loop system and wont overheat from vegetation. Its the same prop and lower setup as an outboard only more bulky. If your outboard chokes out so will this, it just wont overheat. Prodrive has a version that uses a tohatsu powerhead and is way nicer than this for mud motor use...

We watch our deer through our the year. It's wild seeing these bucks move and how they choose different bedding areas as they grow. All the big boys funnel towards the bottom of the hills for some reason. As young bucks they hang out higher on the hills.

I disagree I’ve seen and had mechanicals fail but the worst I’ve had with a fixed blade is astounding, adding mechanics adds more room for error and that’s just unacceptable to let an animal suffer, that being said I do agree that arrow weight and spine should be considered when harvesting larger game.

I've never killed a buck over 100", Blue collar union carpenter, been hunting and fishing all my life. I am for sure gonna cry, even if my wife gets one and I don't. She has already killed bigger bucks than me lol. Both versed in long range shooting we knock does down every year for farmers. Can't wait to meet yall!

I like the idea of using that Tohatsu as a basis. All the hoses are a great concern. Liquid inner coolers are not trouble free. It does not duplicate the performance of ProDrive or a GatorTail. It would serve the need in most cases, but not in really bad areas. I will probably buy one because I don't like the bad driving experience with the air cooled engines.
