I visited Rydal caves or cathedral cavern as its known in 2010. We saw a small pool of goldfish. Did you see any goldfish? I know it sounds strange, but Google it as it really was there in 2010....perhaps not now. Great video. I walked the full way around Derwent water week past Monday, this is another fab walk

Hi, did you see the money tree on the coffin route not far from the Rydal end ? Also make sure you visit the Grotto which you filmed at 34:22, the view of the waterfall through the window is amazing. I've walked a few times on a similar route from Grasmere to Ambleside & over Loughrigg fell & back along Rydal Water & the coffin route. My daughter & I love the Under Loughrigg track too. Lovely video & I'm really looking forward to your next videos. xx

Thank you for watching. I must have missed the money tree, but will look out for it next time. I absolutely will be visiting the grotto next time, i was daydreaming about it after seeing it, would make a lovely crafty space! Would like to spend a full day just pottering around there... tearoom looked lovely too!

That's not a massive tent. Firstly, the banshee is a great tent, and 3 man is perfect if you're car camping. I'm about to go even bigger and get a tent I can stand up in for car camping. Also, if you don't want a broken zip, please open the tent with the zipper 🫣

Never been up to that location, but I see it's along from Loch Katrine, looks a wonderful wee place. The benefit of doing camping being a photographer is having the luxury to spend that time getting photographs, whilst I'm a photographer, it hasn't been something I've done yet.

Hello. I have been looking at your channel for a while and I really like your videos. You have inspired me to go on some of your walks- I recently went up the crags and falls in Callander. I just want to say you are too hard on yourself with your mental health. I suffer from anxiety myself, which has affected my life day to day , but I wouldn't have the confidence to wild camp by myself at night. If I been up Ben Ledi in a tent I wouldn't have slept a wink all night and I imagine a lot of non anxiety people wouldn't as well. Also I think remote areas are more stressful when you are on your own. You always have to think about the being careful walking, the weather, getting lost, deer stalking, farm animals and just being outside far from roads- I have had lots of stressful days. Please keep making your videos.

Really enjoy your videos thanks Bryer, I haven't been camping up your part of the country in years, so lovely around there. Hope your Duck had a great Birthday! I had a couple of wonderful Cayuga's until a year or so back, I loved them, their favorite treats were Peas an live Mealworms. There's a few video's of them growing up on my channel. I have 6 Muscovy eggs in an incubator an one week until I find out if I might have any Ducklings, God I hope so!
