25 - those are actors (Jan Frycz and Krzysztof Skonieczny) this is a reference to tv series "Blinded by the Lights" very 'dark' mafia, drugs, polish system etc. series previously on Netflix now at the HBO i think. In the #Hot16Challenge2, all kinds of people participated: rappers, singers, actors, teachers, comedians, TH-camrs, influencers, TikTokers, gamers, politicians, ordinary people, and even the President of Poland, Andrzej Duda. The campaign aimed at raising funds and providing support in the fight against COVID-19. Everyone recorded 16 bars and nominated several other people, who had 72 hours to record and publish their own video. The initiative was focused on raising money to help doctors and other important hospital staff in the battle against COVID-19. The challenge was started by the rapper known as Solar.
