Fake or not, this should've been handled professionally instead of making this video. Not even one representative from your company bothered to make a statement. We got a cheap video that looks like it was made by insecure teenagers trying to defend themselves instead. I've seen so many controversies involving big and small companies, and none of them made something like this.
