How did the parks that MBL represent fare? What ended up happening to folks that lost their homes? Did some of the parks/homes get condemned? Did the insurance companies come through for people? Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

Do not buy in a mobile park - the lot rent is outrageous and will go up every year! Stay away from 55 and older mobile parks, they treat their residents like prisoners!!

I've actually been looking into Manufactured/Mobile homes lately and they are really going all out on many of the newer builds. What I really like about this home are the arches. If I moved in I would most definitely carry them throughout and add some climbing roses to the porch area.

I really enjoy your videos however, it would be so nice if whoever the filmer is will take the time to show the bathrooms better like in this video all he showed was the master bedroom sink I need to know does it have a bathtub? Does it have a shower it? How big is the shower stall if it does have one those are all things that people who want to purchase a home would like to see there’s been a few other videos. Also, we’re rooms or just skipped altogether or the focus is on furniture. I would love to be able to see more of these homes so I can make a good decision. I love this place but I didn't see what the showers looked like or the outside she'd. Surely you could have spent another 20 to 30 seconds to show those 3 things.

God bless the military families. That is a hoary old beast, appears older than its 1987 manufacture date. Who says that mobile homes don't appreciate in value - that was likely sub-$20,000 when new.
