Was it My Fault?
Bearing went out because of no grease. Was it an overlook or previously bad?

Great shot !!
Using OEM blades?
Seems like many companies are moving away from chains. I can see advantage of chains but really like the adjustment studs on the Gravely's. Very nice video, love attention to detail.
Empty it’s OK but what about when it’s so heavy that’s not gonna work 🤣🤣
I just can’t comprehend why anyone would buy handheld equipment that requires this.
Your instructions fken suck don’t show any of the mounting hardware. Might aswell just show the damm one me product
Great !
I just got the 48” and it stripes nicely. Might add the stripe kit for more, but we’ll see if that’s even necessary come spring
Thx. One of the better install vids I've seen on the ACS.
Great Video. Thank you.
I have that unloader. I'm not liking this modification.
Nice repair and thank you for the video sir 👍😎🇺🇸
Thanks for uploading...must now remember to check the front wheels grease points on mine
Also I like to use a good silicone spray lube on the spring collar and the balls that retain the shaft onto the pto box shaft. I find it to be the best at keeping it free and easy to disengage. I use same lube on the top of the park brake pins where the springs are on top of gearbox's and any other area that doesnt have zerks like throttle cable park brake cable etc.
When sliding the deck back in I usually have the shaft together and the weight holds the plastic chute down so the spring doesn't flip it up making it tough to roll deck under. Once you clear the frame and are just about to line the horizontal slide pins into their holes connect the driveshaft to the pto box and that lets the chute flip up just that extra inch to line up with the pto blower. It actually becomes a very simple process if you do it in the right order
NO GREASE 😮
My bearings went out on my Ferris caster wheels, and I replaced them with the sealed bearings about 3 years ago. So far they are still in good repair
Why are you taking to motor out
That was a lot of leaves, but the Walker is perfect for that and awesome you could just dump it at the curb. Great job. Stay warm. Still in the high 70’s here.
The Walker sounds so crisp...great work
The sod fatha got a workout us’n da hoppa! 😂 Turf look beautiful
Nice work and good to see you back. Keep making that money and thank you for the video sir 👍😎🇺🇸
Thank you Allen. We are still here and working hard!!!
hello
Hello Jim!!!
4 acres bagged😂
😂
@@SodFathers main thing is that you didn't Bull doze those leafs you got them bagged up can you fix the alarm system on the bagging system on your walker mower
Unloading grass is one thing but rocks, soil & gravel is another & I dont think you'd be that happy with it. A heavier duty one by loadhandler is about $220.
Great video! Got any good sources for Toro Timemaster parts? All the best, Steve
How did you open the oil drain valve ?
Looks good and thank you for the video sir 👍😎🇺🇸
engine quit on mine at 2400 hours. still deciding whither to rebuild it or replace it.
Nice work on the series and thank you for video sir 👍😎🇺🇸
Great job with the colour scheme, sounds amazing too, looking forward to seeing future updates
Nice tip, I don't think I have ever had that interference issue maybe I have not changed that hydro with blower in place. They really are simple machines its just a lot of stuff in tight area... Still way better than some transverse mounted engines in cars.... It is pretty remarkable how they eliminate the need for hydraulic hoses and the stout gear drive setup after the hydro.
If you ever need a video for reference of working on things on Walker lawn mowers I have a couple videos to check out....
Hydro swap with Doug ( Santa Claus)
I just noticed my housing is coming off of my Timemaster. It appears that a couple of the top bolts have rattled themselves loose or have completely fallen out. What size ratchet are you using, and do you know where I can find replacement sized bolts? The owners manual doesn't seem to give the bolt specifications.
did you order the paint direct from Walker ?, looks awesome
@@Tim_othy87 nope. It’s Rustolium farm impliment caterpillar yellow. Darn near a perfect match. Rattle can paint job. Not perfect but good enough.
The mowed height pin holes changed with the carrier ... The older ones have rounded bent square tubing near the deck pull to flip deck pins are. The one you have there is the "newer" model that have sharp right angle construction. Seems no doubt a production saving thing, square tubing isn't fun to bend
Looks like new. Come over and see if it fits my machine... I promise I will give it back
Nice and shiny looking Walker mower Pan 🥘😂
Excellent job.
It is only one quarter of oil?
Very nice man -
What pain you use? Rustoleum farm rattle can Cat yellow is 99.9999999% match
@@KenMrKLC yep. Cat yellow!!! Looks good until I mow with it and then it will look green/yellow. 😂😂😂
Looking nice! Dude! I have those exact saw horses and literally identical condition.... full of years of project scratches and paint all over them
@@KenMrKLC the wood ones are 30 years old. The plastic ones I borrowed with unknown age of many years. 😂😂😂
I was talking about the plastic ones
Hello sir, How can I contact you?
Ahhhh makes sense… machinist and mechanic in prior life. I could tell you knew your nuts from your bolts. While cutting all those zip ties it’s best to leave about 1/4” protruding and cut at a 45 degree angle so it matches every vehicle I have worked on in my past and cuts my hands like razor blades
@@KenMrKLC total fail on my part. I cut them at 1/8 inch and flat.
Sounds strong!
@@KenMrKLC will know soon when I get her in the lawns.
Lol, been doing this for YEARS, BUT!!! you gotta stand back bc the handle will hit you harder than any woman can kick😅!
I was wondering wood you help me a video you got of changing starter on a 2008 stag tiger cat zero turn
As far as the spring on the idlers I use a vice and good zip ties to hold the tension while installing the pivot bolt... it makes it easier. Love the birds eye view while working on it. Nice work
I realized later in the vid you mentioned the zip tie spring part. Just make sure the spring where it contacts the frame is inline up close to frame not angled out and being held by the little welded tab off the frame. It makes the spring cut and break. You should be able to pry it up onto the frame if you have it misaligned. I couldnt tell by your vid
