I am new in Weirda Park Centurion and I'm looking for a Spiritual home. My husband and I had a Christian Camp ground in Lejane Vryheid area, but lived in Empangeni. My husband passed away on 15th August 2006 and I moved to the South Coast Umtentweni, where my younger son lives in South Port. I was a phyciatric nurse and worked caring for an elderly lady on a farm in Ramsgate area for 8 years.. In 2023 I injured my back and in 2024 I had to give up caring. I now live with my sister and family in 18 Brits Rd, Weirda Park since November 2024. I was able to sell my place in Umtentweni sooner than I expected so it was a rather hasty pack and move from the South Coast. Now I am retired and living in my sisters garden flat and looking for a Spiritual home. I'm presuming that you don't have a church office open during the week. I would have liked to come a meet with you but I don't see any office hours advertised. Is your church only open on Sundays? Blessings and Shalom Cheryl Geyser

But when that Episcopalian priest wrote that song they were following the Bible, not at all the same as the denomination is today.To try to tarnish Charles Wesley, one of the greatest preachers, and to link him to Pentacostal teaching is just wrong. Methodist also were very fundamentally sound in the past. Can people in sin write songs that glorify God, yes, but should we be throwing out our hymns written mostly all by people who knew their Bibles deeply to sing choruses that say nothing? Should we be growing financially ministries of people who do not know or love God, but see this as a money making opportunity? I agree that the important question is to sing sound doctrine and to glorify God. The Bible also teaches us to test the spirits to see if they be from God. If they are not from God, we should not be yoked together.

But I am struggling with some Sins that I honestly don’t know how to quit I hate my Sins But I genuinely don’t know how to stop them Am I still Saved because of my faith in Jesus or am I Not Saved because of my Sins? When God intervenes in a situation the effects are greater. Application: - seek glory for God not yourself - know and understand the Gospel - pray for God’s plan and purpose for you Great message 🙏🏾
