I liked the move, I am planning to see it again. I don't like musicals, but I like music in the movies, and I see this movie to be in second group, the movie with the good mosic.

No interesting, or we’ll done new characters, & the original cast members, while it was good to see them, they were no longer the characters we were so happily introduced to, back in’88! Keaton was okay, but BJ was too restrained, & not the crazy M-er F-er he was, 36 years ago! Even Catherine O’Hara’s Delia wasn’t given anything worth her talents, in this one. We should have met BJ, still with the shrunken head, & still waiting on the couch, in the afterlife waiting room! (Remember the enormously long number he had, at the end of the first flick?) Winona wasn’t even Lydia, anymore. & she’s just not a good enough actress to carry so much of any flick! (Remember Bram Stoker’s Dracula?🤦‍♂️) BTW… If they have to actually bleep Beetlejuice’s F-bomb, then why in the Hell even have him say it?! (The original flick was PG rated, & he got one through, but people are so damned pussified nowadays!) It was just so lacking of anything funny! (And the ridiculously lame “MacArthur Park” think went on for faaaaar tooooo lonnnng!🤦‍♂️) Willem Dafoe was too old for the part he was playing! (Most cop/action actors aren’t doing their own stunts in their late 60’s!) There’s so much more to pick apart in this fiasco, but…perhaps another time. 🤦‍♂️💀🪲🧃

There was supposed to be a third movie. TRON was always planned to be a Trilogy. I think DISNEY fucked something up and it killed the third film. Maybe one day it will Get made.

I just saw this movie. It is by far THE WORST of the franchise. Teenagers in space doesn't make it.

Season 4 was putrid

Hello, I share your views on this movie. As a KFP fan who grew up with these movies, it was a letdown. Dreamworks should understand the core audience that keeps the franchise alive are those adults who were kids as the films were released. They should target that audience. KFP 2 is considered as the best movie of the KFP franchise because it had a very mature plot so adults could enjoy it and there is subtle humor added to it so kids would have fun. Probably that was the time when Dreamworks targetted a mature audience. Here are my other thoughts: It was such "Nothing Burger" movie, it was painful to watch. You may like such "nothing burger" as it has all the ingredients done well but it wouldn't impress you, you'd quickly forget about the restaurant it was sold a day after. You'd go to the restaurant that serves excellent burgers that will blow your mind with wonderful taste (KFP1, KFP2 and KFP3) What a waste of character development, themes, villains, and stakes. Everything was sacrificed for the sake of comedy to the point we could not even learn how the characters think or feel as they kept throwing quips or were used for comedy. So when the serious scene happened I felt absolutely nothing because it was. not. earned. How dare they reuse the scene with Tigress and Po in Gongmen prison and apply it between Po and Zhen. I laughed hard and got angry when I saw that. "You did not earn it at all" I didn't care about Zhen as she has no likeable qualities as a person and should not be a dragon warrior. Li and Ping subplot is a literal filler to replace Furious Five. They have no character development and they are only there for one Deus Ex Machina moment. I could feel the lack of Furious Five oh so much :( If they wanted to save money on voice actors they should have replaced them after 8 years. If they wanted to reduce characters, just send Tigress with Po and Zhen on that mission. Tigress would have balanced the comedy a lot. The movie needed that. We can blame the director Mike Mitchell for taking this franchise that way as the writers have been the same since KPF1. It's known they had to beg the director to include any backstory for Zhen and Chameleon but it was so late in the movie development that they couldn't do anything better. I do not want this director to work on KFP5. He had such control over the story the writers could not salvage it. It is so frustrating because fanfic writers could write more engaging and mature story that respects the previous 3 movies and characters. The KFP franchise deserves better and tells mature stories that would move adults' hearts and minds, with a bit of comedy here and there. Calling KFP movies "kids' movies" is an insult to animation as a form of art to tell the story.

Villeneuve wasn't happy with WB that Dune 1 was available for streaming at the same time as its theatrical release. Understandable as Dune 2 would only be greenlit if Dune 1 was successful at the box office. Dune 1 needs to make enough money at the box office but we just gave an excuse for people not to go to the cinema.

It's not a terrible sequel. it's a rental at best! But it's certainly not as bad as critics make it out to be. But it's certainly better than The Marvels, Ant Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and Shazam Fury of the Gods.

I thought this was a bummer of a way to end the DCEU. Not only was it kinda boring but I thought the acting and dialogue was just bad! They also ruined Black Manta by adding that ridiculous “bigger threat” over his motivations. I did not like this one very much at all, unfortunately. Great review, and keep up the great content creating!

Even with all of its flaws I love Renfield. I just have a really great time with the performances and the action, and even the story doesn’t bother me that much with the drug lord crime subplot. This is just one of those movies where I can overlook all the negatives of it because I just find it creative and a fresh take with the IP that I just really enjoyed watching it.

I liked it. I know many hated the first one but, I really loved that one probably more than this one. I think with this one sound wise and score wise it wasn’t there as much. There were many jumps area and the last 30 mins it goes full throttle. Even though it’s a little bit slower in parts I would give it a positive score. Also new sub as well. I'm a big movie guy and I was mostly interested in going to the movies this year.Give us 90 minute movies that are GOOD with one storyline. 4-40 million dollars please!!! STAHP with the 100+mill

Sequels really suffered this year. Only a few sequels did well. NON sequels, original style films made profits.

I think to put simply, (and I will expand on anyway) to get people to see movies in theaters more often it needs to feel like an Event! Spider-Man Across the Spider Verse, Super Mario Bros, and now Barbenheimer are event movies to go see with friends and family. But what makes an event movie?? Now that is the multi-million dollar question every studio is asking but the answer ultimately lies in knowing your audience. There are cheep horror films that do well every year! Why? Because there is an audience of avid horror fans that will check out anything unique in the horror space because to them a new horror film IS an event! Sound of Freedom whether you are a Christian or otherwise you have to respect these faith lead movies do know how to cater to their audience. But what about big budget blockbusters? Top Gun Maverick last year was a great example of a thrilling crowd pleaser movie that broke from the norm. It may be a legacy sequel but it did offer an alternative to the usual cgi fest of summer blockbusters. Lets face it, the cost of going to the movies hasn't gone down and movies go to streaming pretty quickly these days. When all studios are offering is 5 Indiana Jones films, 7 Mission Impossible movies, 10 Fast and Furious movies, another half baked Pixar idea, and another Superhero flick mired in controversy you are not really an event movie anymore. You've just become par for the course.

Noone wants to go to the movie theaters anymore. We know they can just send it to streaming immediately if they want to. Let us watch it from our couches
