When I try and stop, I have found that the first 2-3 days is difficult because I’m used to it every day, after that though, it’s surprisingly easy to forget about it for a few weeks, then it always comes back. So possibly be prepared to start wanting it again. Another thing I have found that helps is to realize that the mindset that some things might be more enjoyable while high isn’t really true and that in reality, those things are actually just as enjoyable when not high. Right now I’m trying to stop because I need to lose weight and I always gain weight when I smoke because I just have the munchies 24/7.
