hardcore guilds are usually filled with degenerated toxic ppl, world 300-400 was the best mix between nice ppl and kinda good (2-3day)

aren't the icepatch supposed to explode if more than 8 people are stacked in it? Unless you spread in a perfect triangle then you can fit 24 but it didn't look like people were spread in groups of 8

Applying with these logs and that raiding exp to wr 10 guilds is like impossible to be taken. I am actually can't believe that wr 112 took you. Mine would remove the app instantly . But GL hope it works out.

YO - I recorded these openers hitting one of the pair of training dummies in Dornogal and I didn't think about it until later but there is definitely some unintended cleave going on, so details is a bit misleading. I decided to leave it in though because I didn't want to re-record it + the main thing I want to showcase here is the rotation, which remains unchanged. Anyways hope this helps. Edit: Echoing Reprimand bug with Deathstalker has been fixed such that using an anima charged combo point (accp) now consumes a mark. So assa builds would drop a point out of lethality and put it into Resounding Clarity. Opener largely stays the same, butwhen your combo points line up with an accp, you dump a finsher and continue with the rotation

It's funny and naive of you to think you can raid with your classic guild as well as a top 10 US guild. You have no idea about the time commitment required there.

Hey man, great video. Was really fun to watch especially since i'm in almost the same situation as you are, i´ve started actively playing retail during s1 in dragonflight, played in a mythic raiding guild that sadly didnt clear mythic during s1 and s2 (where it sadly died) which led to me using s3 to get good parses on a wr 400ish guild, which in the end now lead to me beeing in a wr 90ish guild as a trial now. thanks for the good content and Good Luck in ur trial phase!

I played WoW in a semi progression guild back in WotLK. Back then I was responsible for our Mages. Gave not much on “Application” but rather Test Raids. Most of the time with our second group (twinks). You get a pretty good idea of the guys in real raids. This whole application shit feels like work to me, and that’s not how it’s supposed to me.

There are other raid times, just usually not in the top tier of guilds since most of them raid 4-5 times a week

A lot of the "obvious nonsense" questions you point out, serve a non-specific, but important role in the vetting process. Essentially it's trying to get at is, "Are you a normal functioning human being?" Believe it or not, some people will answer the question of, "Why do you want to join us?" by saying something like, "Because you're the top ranking guild I haven't applied to yet." - And while maybe a true/honest answer, is weird, off-putting, and is evidence that you're going to cause social issues within the guild. Yes. They're essentially asking you to lie to them. But think of it more like, "We're asking you to lie to us in such a way, so that we can tell that you're not completely socially retarded, to the point that it would cause material damage to the social cohesion of the group we created. Just give us a quick 2 lined white lie, and move onto the next question." And sometimes these questions are answered in much, much worse ways. If you've ever been part of a guild, where applications are public among the raiders, you'll see some absolutely wild applications. Sometimes those questions are the easy deciders for a person, where regardless of how good they seem to be on paper, one look at them you can just tell, "Oh... This person is insane."

More interestingly, it hints at the fact that you can't have more than 255 stacks of any buff or debuff in WoW

I tried this back in Shadowlands as a hunter, had an avg parse of 91 and several CE. But because I'm a hunter hardly anyone had need of me since most good guilds only wants 1 or 2 and most, if not all alteady have several players who can play hunter, so my offers were all from top 500 or above guilds..

You said it yourself. You are the avg wow player and applying to the best guilds in the world. Not the avg guild. Its going to be a rude awakening for you. Any top 100 guild wants people that can multi class.

As a PvP player, really loved watching this video! It's insane how much goes into trying to reach the top end of the raiding playerbase in the game. Respect to the raiding community because it seems like a lot goes into networking, guild hopping, improving with parses, grinding out gear and M+, making your schedule available to meet raid times, etc. Unrelated, but the comments from random people with no pfp trying to ego you about parses come across as really weird & insecure. Props to you for getting accepted into Tab Target! Hope your trials go well!

Basically less than 20% of the experience of most hardcore wow players. Easily quits when things get hard. Even recruiting for an average end game guild i wouldn't consider you.
