@@IronSlugs_garage well I have all the tooling to narrow rear axles! The issue with the crown Victoria front ends is they are a hair wide which makes you have to run a heavily offset wheel like the factory wheels. That blue truck has an after-market crown Vic cradle. I'll have to find the name of the company that makes it but it is 4 + inches narrower. But it still uses all factory crown Vic a arms spindles and brakes. Then you use a fox body mustang steering rack

@@minter_fab_mafia a buddy of mine has some f600 front fenders which I guess are wider, he said I could try those out and see if it helps with wheel clearance to run bigger wheels. And I would just widen my rear fenders more. But what I don’t want to do is throw on new fenders and customize my rears even more to where it’ll completely change the look of the truck. I would have to end up painting it. It’ll be to hard to try and duplicate the patina. But a hotrod flatz black f100 doesn’t sound all that bad. I’m happy with how it is now. I’m in no rush to change things up. Still have many things to do.

@@minter_fab_mafia that’s awesome! It’s really cool seeing kids involved in classic cars. I had this old 65 bug that I had before my little girl was born and I wish I never sold it but we used to do monthly photo shoot in the back seat for her and have it all decorated all the way up to 1 year and then things happen and the bug had to go. I really like that you do tot rods. I have this sweet radio flyer wagon, I used to pull my daughter around in at shows/ swamp meets and I’ve always wanted to turn it in to a hotrod wagon but I never did haha. Maybe a pedal car since she’s getting bigger.

@@IronSlugs_garage I think taking a power wheels or something of that nature and turning a pedal car into a hot rod would be really fun I just never got around to doing one of those.

That is a fiberglass bezel from fat fender garage. Way better than the one vintage Air send. I laid the vents out. But it's good to know there's other options because this vintage air kit sucks

Yeah the vintage air is very basic. We saw the Restomod Air guys at Sema and they had an entire wall of options of vents and buttons and most were really cool.

@@JNOSNOW vintage Air has options it's just garbage in my opinion. None of the lines fit properly everything had to be bent and twisted to make them line up. This kit is specifically designed for this truck, you think things would actually fit properly

Wow, this was just a video showing things that aren't alone new cars and new generations will never use or know how to. Ad for the car. It's a customers. It was bought new by her dad. They are in the process of restoring it, to original spec! Non power brakes, no ac! The car was already at operating temp. So the high idle (choke ) would not set. It didn't like the extra fuel cause it was warm! Again just showing things that have gone by that wayside on cars!! Thanks for watching

They cut off super easily with a razor knife. If you got to replace a hose alongside the road most likely you're going to have to go get a hose so you can get spare clamps. In the next video I will put up on this truck I had a failure of a stupid billet part which required me to pull some of these off and they come off super easy

I've got a buddy who uses them. That's where I first saw them. He does some pretty high-end builds and likes them. And they're not priced too bad compared to the junk hose clamps we can get these days
