String instruments handmade in Italy.
.
I've been building guitars and basses since 2013.
I love wood and woodworking, and music has always been a part of my life.
At the age of 19 I decided to build my first guitar and to start an adventure.
Now I have two labs based in Milano, and hundreds of happy customers.
My wish is to make wood live again with the magic of music.

Ross PesoPiuma Stratocaster Demo - Petrol Blue

My god! Quem disse que isso aí é luthieria? Matou a peça!
Do You do guitar work for other folks like me. I started a nic Les Paul copy and injured both shoulders so now I am dead in the water!
Great work, I like colour combo. Are you going to age plastics and hardware too?
@@Amon7.L Thank you very much. For my PesoPiuma guitars I choose a relic finish for the paint but not for the hardware because I love the look of antique nitro but not the look of ruined hardware. The goal is not an instrument that looks realistically old, but only that it is as beautiful as possible, according to my taste, and according to that of my potential customers. This applies to the instruments that I build to be put on sale, on the other hand commissioned instruments can be customized as the customer wants.
Nice. Which do you think is better in terms of weight, performance, etc., Stratocaster or Telecaster? Meglio Stratocaster o Telecaster? 🙏
@@gavinanderson2099 HI! Thank you. My telecaster models are generally lighter than stratocaster models. As for versatility, the Strat has more sound possibilities, having an extra pickup, but these are nuances that many don't care about. I personally prefer telecasters especially because of the non-tremolo bridge, which gives a little more sustain and a more "woody" sound due to the strings passing through the body. These are two such iconic guitars that everyone chooses mainly based on the design, I think.
@RossLiuteriaItaly Interesting explanation. For me, even too technical. 🙌 Maybe in simple terms, the Strato will be more useful if you need more "extra exploration" something like that. Apart from that, yes, the Telecaster is also good, of course. But anyway, it's logical. When people choose the Fender brand, their decision will of course come back to their favorite design, etc. 🙏
You should tuck that braid up in a hat or something when you're running that router or other power tools.
Great work 👍 whats the radius on that fingerboard?
@@PabloVeloso-lx4od thank you. 12"
Все запомнили логотип хлама гитарного рынка 😂
So funny… you expect to see an old man doing stuff like this… Unless he drank the elixir of eternal youth… Homie looks like a lil kid! 😆 that’s awesome 👏🏼
Great work , how much does it weighs in total? And what is the thickness of the body , looks that's less than 5cm
Very nice neck I like the look ❤
@@SoilentGreen666 thank you! It's roasted flamed maple
@ lovely a really beautiful guitar ❤️
Did you heat the body first?
@@danrao3707 i used to do it in the past, then I noticed no difference in not doing it

Great job!
Hermoso me encanto. Ya me suscribi saludos desde argentina
Thank you! Saluti dall'Italia! :)
I would never thought that scratch plate would look good with that body color. It actually looks great! I also like how clean the fret board is without inlays. Is there any tuning stability issues by not having a string tree? Even with staggered post I would have thought you would need at least one on the E and B.
@@danrao3707 Hi, thanks for the compliments. The guitar, in addition to having staggered tuners, also has another detail: when I made the neck I started from a slightly higher thickness, compared for example to those adopted by Fender, to ensure that in the end the surface of the headstock was "lower" compared to the fretboard surface, doing so generates more angle on the nut. In any case, the lack of the string tree does not generate tuning problems, in fact it is the string tree itself that generate excessive friction and it creates tuning stability problems; for this reason I don't use them, when I can. The only problem you may encounter is that the strings has no angle of incidence on the nut and does not vibrate well, but in this case there is no problem, precisely because of the two construction details mentioned above. Hope It helped Have a nice day
Amazing work!! I give you so much credit for taking your time with each step of the build and not try to rush through any of it and sacrifice quality for getting it done quicker! The customer must have been thrilled! Wish I could have heard how it sounded and how the action was after the final set up!
Good stuff! The color you put on the neck looks really nice. I like it a lot.
Bon travail, l'effet du vernis matte, rend bien sur ce type de guitare 😊
Do use silicone on your truss rods ?
@@scottandpeggygrant2346 for sure! if I didn't do this the truss rod would vibrate in its slot, buzzing at certain frequencies
@@RossLiuteriaItaly thanks I’m going to employ this method seems like truss rod bit never match the width of the rod. Your work is inspiring !!!!
Parabéns !
Hi, what grit are you using at 22:00 min? Thanks
Hi! 80 grit at the start, and then 180.
Please give me the Phone no
how thick is the pickguard? thanks
@@vuxnguyen around 1.2mm
@@RossLiuteriaItaly thanks a lot bro !!
Nice job,. You really should wear a mask when you spray on finish, all finishes can be harmful to the nervous system even water based finishes, especially Nitrocellulose..
why so speeded up
I cant believe you done it like that! No templates or anything. Insanse skills!
What a good video, it shows that you are very clear about the entire process and that you act with great productivity.
Thank you!
You sir have a serious talent.
Красивая текстура дерева.Краска на водной основе и сколько времени каждый слой сохнет?Cпасибо!
Hi! The Red/Orange stain is water based, It takes around 15/20 minutes to dry. The matt finish is acrylic poliurethane, it completely dries in 24 hours.
I did not se a truss rod
@@MrBasslayer2 you can find it from 05:00 onwards
👍👍👍
Que bella mujer!!
You did a terrible job on this build it's not even CLOSE to accurate to a REAL Gibson Les Paul. The headstock DIDN'T crack when you touched it, it DIDN'T go out of tune after plucking a string once and you DIDN'T need stitches after running your hand across the fretboard.
@@ENNEN420 🤣
I see what you did there 😂
You should see some of Bob Rigaud's handmade guitars...he is luthier to Jackson Browne and Graham Nash, check out his website! I have played his $10,000 guitar, I was blown away at the balance of treble, midrange, and bass!!! R. K. Craver North Carolina

Cool idea to glue blocks to the bottom of the radius dish so that you can hold on to them and drive the bus with the radius dish upside down. I may end up trying that!
@@CMRWoodworks thank you. even better, the blocks are not glued but screwed with a spacer, so that they also rotate on their axis, making everything more ergonomic in rotation
@@RossLiuteriaItalyoh, nice! Yes, even better.
What kind of oil or wax do you use?
@@teiltje in Italy the name Is "olio paglierino", it's a mixture of non-drying mineral and vegetable oils. You can use also lemon oil (it's barely the same oil with scent of lemon in it)
@@RossLiuteriaItaly thank you for your answer!🙏
Nice. Looking forward to seeing the rest.
