What is holding you back in life? How to overcome your fears.
มุมมอง 4033 ปีที่แล้ว
Why do we allow our fears to hold us back and prevent us from accomplishing the things we want in life? Hopefully this serves as motivation to recognize what you are afraid of, and inspiration to overcome the fears that are holding you back. How to overcome fear. #overcomefear #fear #faceyourfears
Embrace your journey. We all take different paths in life.

The different paths we take in life ultimately have the greatest impact on who we become. I go hiking with my dog in Mt Hood National Forest, along the Silver Creek, to the Tamanawas Waterfall. Later, we drive into Hood River for some beach, sunshine and freedom. #embracethejourney, #followyourpath, #adventuredog

Great video. Just about to go this March with 3 others! What would you say is essential gear that we must bring with us?
Pack like you are going for 2-3 days and fit everything into a backpack! Have an awesome time :)

Thank you so much, I am very happy you enjoy it! 🙏🏼
Forgot to ask: What months did you do this trip, to get that kind of weather? I have always done Asia in Jan/Feb, but you had very little rain. Ta!
This particular trip was in Sept/Oct, where it was pretty hot most days but we did luck out with very little rain. We have done the north in Jan/Feb (brrr), and the south in April/May (also hot).
Boys, I thank you SO MUCH for posting this information! I am in the process of planning my second trip to Vietnam, solo female, and prefer to see the reality of areas before putting myself into (possible) situations I may be over my head on. I did northeast and mid Vietnam last time, but really, really wanted to do the northwest and Laos. And along came your video! Your route was awesome, the accessibility of resources (and the lack of) of Laos was doable (it looks the same as remote Vietnam) , I really appreciate SEEING it for myself before riding off into the unknown. I am so excited! And the border crossing part was invaluable. THANKS! I wish I had someone to travel with, you guys are so fortunate to have each other. All my riding friends think that heading out for a 6 hr local ride in a North American developed country is a big adventure. Thank you so much for the video, it was perfect timing for me!
Thank you so much! 🙏🏼 I am excited for you and your adventure! Going it alone will be extra exciting, and you will meet amazing people along the way.
.... Hi, Love the vid and still have half to go. I'm in the process of buying a ticket to Hanoi and wish to bike down Nam or Laos. Did you buy your bikes or rent ? How hard was it to get into Laos with the bikes ? All info is welcome. Jimmy
