Fool video and stupid because you have didn't dismentalled the whole one,the stem which handles the valve,ok.
Low and slow works best i always say
thank you so much I've been searching forever for a tutorial on taking apart these specific fittings. Great Video!
very informative 🤔
what if the fucking sh1tttttttttttttttttttttttt only has 3mm edge for the wrench to "grab" on and the wrench just rounds the whole fucking shit up ????
Hi, I have questions about a ball valve like this. What’s the material of those gaskets? I’m looking for “food safe” ball valve. If it was PTFE or silicone, it would be good for brewing right? Thanks in advance.
And the handle..............??
all good except how do you remove the plastic part and spring inside the coupler??
I take off that white part and clean under there too. Lots o crud in there.
Thanks! I had one seize up on me to find that it was frozen on the inside preventing corny keg to tap! Quick easy fix.
How do you remove a pressure gauge with loctite/glue? My Kegland MK4 regulator gauge seem to be stuck when I try to remove it.
i used vice grips and a breaker bar to hit it. not ideal but got the job done. Not as easy as the video suggests haha
I am a ball valve manufacturer in China. The video is very good and professional. Give you a thumbs up

took one apart from my home brew system out of curiosity to see how grungy it was. actually wasn't too bad for roughly a dozen brews but needed a clean. wondering, should i lube the seals when i rebuild them?
shoulda used a step drill
What kind of temp gauge is that and the threading size?
Your nut inside the kettle is on backwards
Difficult to see, but does the very top of the glass have a seal or does it need a breather hole? Thank you.
for the inner 1/2 ss nipple I would use a 7/8 in hole saw
Thanks, Kind of new to keg couplers and have a couple of old ones. Now I know why they are so stiff, seems easy enough.
Iska rabar mil jati hai bazar mai
my savior!
Is this tutorial meant for retards?
That was about useless.
My handle came off..... I Can't get it back on
I think the reason this video is getting bad reviews is the lack of explanation for technique. Just seeing something done isn’t always helpful. A ‘how to’ video should make you feel like you know something when you finish watching. Thanks!
Can I replace a Low Pressure Gauge that is 60 PSI with another Gauge rated for 160 PSI, Given that the Regulator is rated for 1800 PSI?
The biggest problem is unscrewing the outlet. I've noticed in this ball valve there is a place for another wrench. The ones that I've seen lately doesn't have one.
@Sergey Romanchenko I've tried and end up deforming the housing. These valves are from HD in case your wondering.
If you don't want to deform the housing, you could try using a pipe wrench for this. Pipe wrenches are routinely used to grab round pipes without deforming.
Pipe or friction wrench.
@@rivalz170 you joking or what? the only way a wrench can get a grip on a round object is to dig into it and leave every possible mark on it ever even possible
Well done, genius. What about the rest of it?
इसके अंदर के वाटर या छल्ले कहां मिलेंगे

இந்த பைப் கசிவு ஏற்பட்டால் எப்படி சரிசெய்வது
Completely slipped attaching the beverage line which is the only part that's not 100% intuitive
Thank you. Some how u managed to make it 2 years without knowing how to take one apart....
How big is the hole that you drilled? 1 inch?
What about the fucking stem!!?!
What is that white part called?!
Thank you! This is what I've been looking for
Yeah, thanks. How did the hole get there?
had it in an earlier video th-cam.com/video/5czjt_6UZZU/w-d-xo.html
What pieces or parts did you need to connect the beverage line to the shank?
Why not use a punch out tool? No mess and a perfect hole. Cheers
Muito obrigado.. me ajudou
I have similar fittings in my fermentor's favorite MLT and HLT. The parts you would need for this build, by the looks of it, are a 1/2" coupler, hex nipple, washer, and some O-rings. Here's a link to the video that I found which I am going to use as a reference. th-cam.com/video/AcRXjdlcvKY/w-d-xo.html. I'm not sure about bit sizing, but the first and last ones are most likely 1/4" and 1/2", respectively. I got my Thermometer from MoreBeer. It's a Blichman Brewmometer. $30 USD.
Alto payaso
Do they all contain plastic inner parts? It drives me nuts when I buy something that’s SS and it contains plastic in it😒
It's PTFE if it wasn't there it would leak and you wouldn't be able to turn it
we manufacture the ball/pin lock disconnect, we have the best quality in China, my email: sales@tomex.com.cn my skype: salestomex
Perhaps you should remove the metal filings before continuing.
thank you!
Music is so irritating and cam should be closer so you can see the parts more defined.
