    14 minutes and Alexander has yet to note the Zorastrian thread that influenced the Essenes. Pure communism in a spiritual sense, and suspected to have also appropriated the urgot infused rituals from the Greeks, "A 1000 year religion of no name". From there developed the niche, mystical fellowship, that were historically persecuted by religious authorities because of their weirdly practices. 1 of which was to attain union with God through sexual intimacy. By the 19th century we had Orders of the Golden Dawn, with "The Brotherhood of Light" reproducing a collection of cards ( The Tarot), revealing through thoughtful imagery, not only the complete human psyche and set of universal experiences, but also the archetypes and the practice of embodying archetypal energies, in what is traditionally termed "The Great Work".

    The psychedelic field is not my thing and I'm aware of the use of those in different religions or some of their sects. What I need to point out is, that the concept of sin exists, not as precise but still, in the Eastern Religions. Zarathustra himself points out, how people judge others and will be judged by the one who speaks from heaven

    No idea what he is talking about. Although, if there is no sin, is there no evil? And if there is no evil, why SHOULDNT you be agaisnt tantra or whatever

    • @PsyGenLab

      He isn't against tantra, he argues the necessity of tantra

    • @Dolberroa77

      @PsyGenLab Yes, I understand that. Now, if there is no right or wrong, why I shouldnt be against tantra?

      @@Dolberroa77 If Love was other way, war would not happen, which means, everything is love, the War itself is a form of love, the frightened fearful soldier rushing towards to eliminate it's enemy in order to protect it's own glorious home (and enemy being same). if love was other way around, we all could be friends. all form is an evolutionary attempt of God to actualize it's Love, and yes there is always better form of Survival. and Loving, we get to evolve, and mature. so yeah, Why not explore tantra? how should we integrate tantra, what should we discard? it is totally unknown, as well psychedelics, we just do not know if they will eventually destruct us.

    • @Dolberroa77
      @Dolberroa77 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @PsyGenLab If non dualism is true, there is no reason to prefer love to hate, war to peace, fear to courage. It is a self- contradictory philosophy that has no grounds for ethics. By the war, I did try tantra. And I saw demons

    Hello Susan! I was hunting for Bonnie as I felt a need for a dose of her wisdom. I wasn’t hunting for shiny stuff, but more like cautious notes. This title seemed to apply. I don’t think I have heard a better “harm reduction “ focused conversation in all my years of TH-cam. Your poignant questions and her experiential wisdom paired to create a veritable checklist for seekers and practitioners alike. I’m 25% of the way through the book she was promoting these years ago and I must say I love the memoir approach to imparting the wisdom within. The ride-along feel of the narrative reduces judgment and increases openness to seeing through another’s eyes.

    I think this plant will help a lot of people... Maybe even men in particular or masculinity/stoic oriented people who are afraid of being vulnerable due to trauma and the overall culture are resistant to seeing a therapist or a counselor to deal with their feelings because they are afraid of or despise what could come up in a session due to embarrassment or angst. It might be a good priming-therapy to help really emotionally constipated people consider starting therapy because it will help them feel less afraid, or that they are going to suffer judgement from the medical system which they don't trust (for a whole bunch of reasons) because if you can learn to be with yourself, being in the therapist chair(or even tele counseling at home) won't seem as daunting or useless/dismissible. I think men and tough-hearted women are more terrified of a therapist being a further traumatizer, or even just a waste of time, but maybe chewing a couple cubes or chocolate or a glass of tea with a tincture doesn't have that psychological barrier of entry (in ADHD or anxiety it's called the "wall of awful") then when they experience it for themselves, they might become believers that emotions and facing yourself is not all bad.

    "trauma soup" ?? YEP !! damn peace loving hippies ruined my future !! or was it the much older, possibly envious, clearly narrow minded conservative bureaucrats who cut off my supply of 'mind expanding' psychedelics ?? I did acid for a coupla years as 18-20yo and every night, after the party was over, I indulged in some serious introspection and always gained serious insight As a lifetime survivor of childhood PTSD, I can't wait to get my hands on some formerly illegal substances, under competent professional supervision... In the hope that I will finally have some semblance of internal peace in my life After a life of constant war with the undeserved challenges foisted on me by the poorest possible parenting from two quite evil people

    I am 70 years old... Abandoned at birth by my father Taken from my mother at 18 months by social services due to chronic neglect and probably chronic abuse Long story to this point.... I've seen at least 30 university qualified counsellors in my lifetime And virtually none of them have improved my condition much at all Most of whatever succour I have had came from within luckily starting in an early age unlike many people with my background including my sister, I managed to avoid prison, heroin/crack/meth addiction You seem to have insight that I have never experienced in any of the supposedly therapeutic relationships I have had And of course I paid for... I sincerely hope you're able to provide what you propose here....
