Welcome to Tasty Little Dumpling Foodies Club!
We are a bunch of foodie friends from all over the world with concentration from Southeast Asia and some sprinkles of Europe as well. You will see our ethnic background reflected in our baking and cooking recipes. Most of them are Asian Inspired but we just love food from all over the world.

Can You Really Make Perfect Sponge Cake in 30 Minutes?
This classic sponge cake is very soft and light. it is made by separating the eggs, combining the yolks with flour, oil, milk and sugar before making a meringue.

▶️ Ingredients:
Ingredients
1) Egg 5
2) Milk 1/4 Cup
3) Oil 3 Tbsp
4) All purpose flour 1/2 Cup
5) Salt 1/8 Tsp
6) Sugar 3/8 Cup
▶️ Cooking method
1) Separate white and yolk of 5 eggs, into 2 bowls
2) Add milk and oil into the egg yolks
3) Whisk until homogenous.
4) Place a sieve, add all purpose flour and salt. Swift.
5) Whisk until well combined
6) Beat the white and gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
7) Add 1/3rd of the beaten white into the yolk mixture. Mix well.
8) Pour back into the white. Mix and combine well.
9) Prepare the cake mould and pour the batter
10) Tap and place it into a larger pan
11) Pour 200ml of boiling water into the larger pan.
12) Bake for 30 minutes in a Preheated oven at 320°F/160°C

🤔🤔🤔 That’s a difficult question. It’s from my enormous yarn stash. It’s definitely a merino wool mix as you can see from the beautiful flow. And since I’m a yarn snob, it’s definitely not acrylic 😂

Can you freeze the extract to use much later?
Hi Jonathan! Yes you can. But the chlorophyll and the water separate during freezing. Also the aroma is not quite as intense after freezing.

If you don’t have Aloe Vera, I also use the rice water from washing rice to spray my orchids. My other orchids do really well with rice water too.
