Cocina Mitho Chha is a Charity Run Enterprise, located in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. We provide various services from our premises; these include- a hospitality training school, restaurant, bed & breakfast, bakery, cafe & bar. We have experience providing training to the youths of different background like, youths from orphanages, LGBTQI, Differently abled, low economy background, rural and mountain areas and also focus on GESI (Gender Equility and Social Inclusion). We also support youth finding job in local market like hotel, café and Bar in Kathmandu and others major cities as well as touristic spots of Nepal.
Scope of Job after Training in Hospitality Sector
Mr. Prakash Bhandari, our Food and Beverage Service Trainer, emphasizes that job placement opportunities after hospitality training are vast and diverse, ranging from hotels and restaurants to event management and tourism sectors. Advantages include global mobility, high demand for skilled workers, and the opportunity to work in dynamic, multicultural environments. Disadvantages may involve irregular working hours, physically demanding tasks, and seasonal fluctuations in job availability. However, with the right skills, such as those gained through Cocina Mitho Chha’s training programs, professionals can secure rewarding positions in various hospitality fields, offering personal growth and career advancement.
