I owned a 75, 90, and 105S, in the late sixties. My favourite car, and which I still feel nostalgic for was a 1958 105S with blue leather upholstery. Back then, retread tyres and easy to maintain.

Had mine 5 years now & absolutely love it. So practical & have used it in many situations. Comfortable on long drives. Great for a blast on some country roads. Perfect investment as they’re getting rarer.

yes very nice but 12 MPG and a really rusty chassis dont make any sense.

I loved my two aunties, both 1952 75s, I saved both from two different local scrapyards back in the late 70s. Turned out they would have been on the production line together five cars apart. When my partner drove, I'd be sitting in the back snuggled down with my car rug and asleep within seconds. It was so comfy. 😊

I loved my old Aunties. During my Rover phase I had P4s of 75, 90, 100, 105R, and 110 variants, all working despite their being 20-30+ years old at acquisition. My favourite was a 1956 90, which I finally retired when it blew a head gasket at 512K miles.

I used to have Ford Escort 1.3L mk2 1980V, Escort 1.3L mk3 Yreg&Orion 1.6GL mk2 87D. Only the Orion was unreliable.

The Escort 2000 mls doesn't surprise me , we had a new one 1984 cud'nt rely on it to get out of the drive absolute nightmare, good luck who ever gets that lol
