Hi i bought one of these, but how do i get both sides of the bread to toast? For some reason it toasts only one side and leaves the other side not toasted at all. Is there a button I'm not pushing or is it defective? The red lights only come on the one side in each of the slots. I hope someone has the answer. Thanks.
