They promise the world, but cannot deliver anything. I bought all their products, but none of them can connect together, so all of them are completely useless! I have been in contact with their support team countless times, and they keep promising a new software update within a week or month, but each time I have send them a reminder, the delay it over and over. What a company, I have never expended anything like them. Do yourself a favour and do not buy anything from them.... I can't recommend them at all!

Advertising looks great, unfortunately it doesn't work that well. So... Save your money or buy another lock. Since iPhone 13, auto unlock feature does not work. Danalock support does not acknowlege the problem, they simply send you instructions on how to install. A new issue has occured as of 2020-01-18. I remotely unlocked the door for a friend. After my friend left my home, I remotely locked the door. The App stated the door was still unlocked, my friend confirmed the door was actually locked. When I arrived home, the auto unlock feature did not work and I could not manually unlock the door as the app thought the lock was already unlocked (not the case). I was locked out of my home. I tried the auto-calibration, this unlocked the door for me. Today (2020-01-20), the danabridge has no been in contact with the servers for over 6 hours (flashing red light). This is the support Danalock gave me when I told them I was locked out of my house: Hello XXXXX, Thank you for the feedback. If lock status is not updated and remains as unlocked, auto unlock will not trigger when you get home. Auto unlock will only trigger if lock state is locked. If lock is auto calibrated and you use the key to open the door , it it very important that the key is turned in complete lock and unlock position. Otherwise status will not update in the app and lock will eventually lose its calibration. Suggestion: Use manual calibration so lock points are not set in outer positions.
