For 6 bucks it is a bargain. But did you see the broken bodyshell at the rear under the wing ? Can be glued and after that it´s as good as new. I just converted the Turbo Panther (in red) to 2,4Ghz. It runs much better with 2s Lipo. I love this buggy !

It is a nice plane. I got one last winter. It's yellow but otherwise identical but my transmitter only needs 2 AA cells. It still has enough power to keep contact when the plane when it is a speck in the sky. I think this is the best cheap RC plane available. Entry level. Reliable. Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. Spend $10 more and get a handful of extra cells for it. Charge them beforehand and fly for an hour on the cheap! Just a great little super cheap plane!

Thanks for the info on which type of servo I should use. Do you have any suggestions on a servo? I’m doing a B24 WPL. I’m a noob to RC. I broke my back and started RC to be able to spend time with my 5 year old. I’m learning a lot from your channel.

The wheel weights do NOT fit aluminum wheels as the inner diameter of the wheels is larger, same diameter as weights :(

Easy fix to not flip it easy. Lower CG, your Battery brings your CG to high. Use 2x 1s lipos those whoop ones, you can glue them next to the motor one on each side.

Thumbs up for the patina - and for the scale backdrop : ) One question: what´s the name of the rust-effect spray stuff you used on the frame rails, springs and axles? Thanks to the photos at the end of your video I was able to get a close-up look at the effect and I´d love to try the stuff myself.

Thats one clean build. and thats a great gearing, crawls beautiful. i actually 3d printed a samurai body and i ordered a couple wpls (a pickup and a military truck) was gonna see if that was something i could modify to work.

I agree. Link suspension wpl is much better than leaf spring wpl/jjrc. And with a teaspoon of ingenuity, wpl link susp can tackle some pretty rugged terrain :-) Keep up the good work!
