@PromiseChisom-jf6vl that very first prepping with lukewarm-hot water as described in the video is very important and is done only once before first use. Using hot water for first prepping spoils the flask. It won't last 2 weeks...before 4 - 6 hours, the water will no longer be hot again. You can take it back and see whether the seller is willing to change it for you. Or alternatively, going forward, stop pouring hot water directly into the flask, wait a few minutes before doing so. @GlozySignature The Keypad (remote) has to be within close proximity to the meter and you must ensure that Power is on too ie that there 'is light' in your neighbourhood. As long as you are close to the meter it should not matter where you face the keypad. However, to be on a much safer side, please face the keypad to the meter. All the best.

No. This only works for brand new flasks. Those older ones that no longer retain hotness, nothing much can be done about them. You can repurpose those ones for use with cold water/ breverages or for almost immediate use when you don't intend to use the hotwater more than 2-3 hours after pouring into the flask.

Bottom line is that power is not getting to your apartment so you may want to change your phases if you are on a 3 phase meter or have an official from your EDC check that there is no loose connection on your meter(ie your meter is faulty) and maybe manually change the phase if you are on a single phase meter.

Try it with the lukewarm hot water again tonight and see whether it works. If it doesn't, just repurpose the flask for use with cold water only and get another one for hot water.

No please. After you bring down the water from the gas, allow it to cool down for about 5 to 10 minutes before pouring into the flask. @amarachiebenezer5870 error 77 means that there is no connection between your keypad and the meter. Try taking the keypad closer to the Meter and try loading your token/unit. If this doesn't work, kindly visit the closest business hub (office) of your Electricity Distribution Company for assistance.

@Comfort_Fyanka the keypad is most likely faulty. You will have to visit the closest office of your Electricity Distribution Company. They have technicians that will check it to see whether it can still be fixed or you need a total replacement. All the best.

Then you probably bought an already bad or faulty flask. Even cheap flasks still retain the same temperature when done overnight till morning.

I actually have the Luxe collection and did a detailed review of all the brushes in the set in this video here: th-cam.com/video/73xZnF6ub8s/w-d-xo.html . They are nice brushes and I use them from time to time. However, none of the luxe brushes is similar to either the nk06 or nk22. The only brush a bit similar is bigger and its the nk50 almost identical to the nk21 brush from the Platinum eye set.

Personally, I prefer the Deluxe pro set for the price (it's more affordable @35,000 naira), the quality and the variety of brushes it has. But, it doesn't have that under brow blender brush...though you can get the individual nk6 now called nk 71 brush. If you have more money, you may want to add the Platinum eye set @30,000 naira which has all the eye brushes you could ever need as well as the under brow blending brush rather than the Luxe pro artist collection that is 69,000 naira for just 25 pieces.

@ogechichukwu4207 Hi...I used the nk 22 brush to blend out the concealer. For blending out under brow concealer, the Viccabel Lush brush nk 06 now called nk71 is a similar brush. In the Luxe collection, there is no similar brush only one slightly larger.

@fidelismadumere2459 from my little research just now, this error message happens when you key in an incomplete energy token (i.e. the number string is not up to 20 digits). In other words, Err_06 means Token format error. It means that one or more data elements in the token does not comply with the required format for that element. That's to say, normally, a TOKEN must have 20 digits to be correct and complete & the TOKEN must be valid and unused but you may have only inputs 19 digits.
