Hello, I have this trainer, just got it this week. I see that the power output values are 30/40 watts lower than my ROTOR powermeter, Using both at the same time. As well values of W/kg in the cycling apps are to real as the power readings are lower than real. Can you help fixing this issue? Thanks.

@@eduardosalazar434 Hola, pues llevo 1 semana intentando contactar con thinkrider y no hay manera, nadie me da soporte. Pero he podido arreglar la diferencia de potencia ajustando el electroimán que da la resistencia. Si lo encuentras bien de precio merecería la pena, por 250 euros o asi. Si pasa de 350 mejor comprar algo con soporte técnico y garantía.

Hi, my thinkrider X7 stop working suddenly, my speed sensor was going to about 5km/hr and suddenly it went back to 0km/hr. thereafter it cannot detect any speed already.
