What does this foot work help with , please tell us sir
You can use it in different styles of training as part of a warm up, part of a session, a circuit or as the core of a session. It mainly will help with your agility and coordination but the effects depend on how you implement it to your training

I thought the right side of the belt goes over the left side, the labelled side all the way round and when it comes in the middle, the right side should be slightly longer than the left side or the labelled side. This is what I have seen in Kukiwon videos of how to tie the belt.
There's different ways I guess...
