How do you compare this to the tru foam ?

I played 10 games with and without 4 inches of lead tape at 3 and 9 o’clock on the Genesis 3 and ….it is awesome with the tape…I’m a 4.357 dupr…still have the crbn 3x but core crushing is a thing. Thankfully after 1 year using the 3x still no core crushing. But this foam feels awesome/ different than the 3x but better in my opinion, and the spin-wow…love this paddle

I tried this as a 13mm in the tour shape. I loved the long handle, and it still had good power, but not as much as a Power Air. This paddle is very poppy and has great balance. If you are good at generating your own power and want more control from the Power Air, Project 008 is a great hybrid option!

This looks just like the Halo Power XL, same looking face with the longer handle. Obviously better materials I'm sure - interesting because the Halo was my first paddle and I really liked it - currently playing with the labs 003 Invikta with 4 ounces added around the frame and loving it... really want to try this one.

How would you compare this to Luxx since it has similar muted sound? Is it basically the same plush as Luxx just a bit more power?

Foam cores have been a long time coming. Looks like CRBN has figured it out.

I found that I had to move that weight higher for this shape. Much higher than I would for the traditional hybrid and elongated shapes

If you get an opportunity to compare the 10mm head-to-head against a broken in gearbox PPE, would really love your opinion on that! I'm using the latter and loving it but looking for something even more poppy and explosive that I can try to tame 😂 I have no issues with a tiny sweet spot
