Synopsis: After the recent murder of her mother, Alexis McDaniel, little sister of Scream 2' Hallie McDaniel tries to find normalcy from a survivors guilt support group- But with the brother of her sisters murderer in attendance and a killer on the loose, Alexis must band with other survivors relatives to face a haunting from their families pasts known as "Ghostface".
