yep, started to happen to me regularly in the last month. I could tell when the opponent was going to score based on game mechanics. It‘s areal shame, since it’s such a fun game with the best gameplay IMO. But I do not like play against scripts, so I stopped playing. Great job, Konami.

Sometimes I start a match and right away have a clear goal opportunity and the striker just magically misses it, I immediately go "oh no imma lose this game" because its so obvious the script, you shot 20 times from all angles and it never goes in, opponent gets 1 miserable shot and its a goal, gimme a break. Sometimes they just shoot from outside the box and it goes in everytime, it happened to me recently, the dude just shot the ball 4 times, all with me pressuring him, my defender right in front or on his side,and they all went in, and Im like yeah im the idiot for not doing the same, just shoot the ball, simple as that...oh wait I did that exact same thing and scored shit Same as fifa, your players feel heavier, clumsy, miss clear passes and shots, your fastest strikers are always caught quickly by some slow defender, you read a play and change defenders to prevent but it magically changes to the wrong defender, or it moves in the wrong direction just before you pick him so when you have control over him now its in a disadvantage position, you try to clear and the shoot terribly and it goes right to the opponent. Etc ect same old scripted fifa bullshit, it wasnt like this before the 2024 update, it was there but not this obvious and annoying. So they not only made it a pay 2 win, its a heavily scripted pay 2 win now
