Best Chocolate Pastry Recipe Without Oven | Easy Chocolate Pastry In Kadai Recipe by Cook Flair

Ingredients:
-All-Purpose Flour (Maida) 1 & 1/4 cup
-Cocoa Powder (1/3 cup)
-Baking Powder (1 tsp)
-Baking Soda (1/4 tsp)
-Salt (Namak) 1/4 tsp
-Milk (Doodh) room temperature (1/2 cup)
-Oil (1/4 cup)
-Vanilla Essence (1 tsp)
-Egg White (Ande Ki Safaidi) room temperature (3)
-Sugar (Cheeni) powdered (1 cup)
-Egg Yolk (Ande Ki Zerdi) room temperature (3)
For Sugar Syrup:
-Water (Pani) 1/2 cup
-Sugar (Cheeni) powdered (2 tbsp)
For Chocolate Cream:
-Sweet Milk Chocolate (melted) 1/3 cup
-Whipping Cream (chilled) 250 g
-Icing Sugar (Pesi Cheeni) 1 tbsp
-Vanilla Essence (1/2 tsp)
For Chocolate Ganache:
-Warm Whipping Cream (1/2 cup)
-Chocolate Chip (1/3 cup)
Method:
-In a bowl add, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt sift it and set aside.
-In a glass add, milk, vanilla essence, and oil mix well, and set aside.
-In a bowl add egg white and powdered sugar and beat until fluffy add, egg yolk, and beat again.
-Gently fold dry ingredients into whipped eggs with the wet ingredients.
-Grease the pan and place the butter paper.
-Add batter into baking tray tap it 2-3 times.
-In a preheated pot bake for 45-50 mins on low flame.
-Insert toothpick it should come out clean.
-Let it cool down completely cover the cake with a towel to lock moisture.
For Sugar Syrup:
-In a bowl add, powdered sugar and water mix well sugar syrup is ready.
For Chocolate Cream:
-In a bowl add, sweet milk chocolate microwave for 40-60 seconds until warm (not boiling).
-Let it cool before using.
-In a bowl add, chilled whipping cream, vanilla essence, icing sugar, and melted chocolate beat until it holds its foam.
-Chocolate cream is ready.
-Now cut the cake into 3 layers.
-Apply sugar syrup, chocolate cream chocolate chips on 2 layers now cover the top layer with syrup and chocolate cream and put in the fridge for 10 mins to set the cream.
For Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl add warm whipping cream and, chocolate chip keep stirring until melted chocolate ganache is ready.
-Let it cool before using.
-Spread chocolate ganache on the top of the layer.
-Put in the fridge for 5 minutes more to set the ganache, then trim the edges for a neat finish.
-Now cut the cake into 4 equal parts.
-Decorate the pastry with chocolate cream and chocolate chip.
-Put in the fridge for one hour before eating.
-Enjoy Yummy and moist chocolate pastry.
