What song is this called?
I believe it's actually just a fast version of a slow Lecha Dodi Breslov niggun. The original niggun is on, I believe, the second tape of a set of breslover niggunim. I've heard this tune, sung fast like this, in a chassidish shtiebel to Dror Yikra at shaleshudes. The tape might be called Asadeir Liseudasa by Ben Zion Salomon.
