I have no problem just listening. Ebooks are not movies. This filled a nice niche while cleaning the house when I didn't have time to look at the screen. You might want to try taking an hour to do one. The words were well written and I didn't feel I was lost at any point. Those never having utilized an Ebook don't understand that it has its place. Turning out the lights or doing chores and listening requires imagination that some don't have. I'm subscribing to this channel.

Obviously, the most powerful artificial intelligence was busy, so this channel got some tinkertoy A.I. to write and narrate this crap while showing a frame grab stolen from someone else's work.

So, the humans were around 500,000 years ago and everyone knew they were strong and scary, but they suddenly decided to all go into hibernation, and everybody just assumed Earth was a dead world (when it clearly wasn't), and then the Humans just waited for someone to arrive, and then all woke up and said "We will not be ignored!" The Humans are coming across as a bit weird and whiney.

What does this have anything to do with food?

the story and the title do not match, no mention of galactic counsel, pets or ambassadors ? just a loosing battle for earth against AI machines.

THATS the voice for this? It could have been awesome. But the audio is absolutely wrong. I only got 25 seconds in. And I love these stories. Someone chose that voice for this story. Someone cycled through other voices for the tense action packed and suspenseful story and said "yeah...that's the one" lame

so an alien race just happened to be carrying a weapon to fight an ancient earth ship just in case it happened to run into it I’ve only been listening to these sci-fi stories for roughly 2 weeks and the quality of them have dropped significantly

I recommend not referring to the protagonist as "the Protagonist". It really makes the who thing seem A.I. generated, which I assume is something that you don't want (especially if it is A.I. generated, which seems somewhat likely).
