私は当時「影武者」にはあまり好意を抱いていなかったのです。 私の大好きだった黒澤明の「隠し砦の」やら「七人」、無論「用心棒」や「椿三十郎」、もっと言えば「羅生門」「赤ひげ」等に見られた「この人は映画の天才だ！」という感じがしなかったのです。 でも、こうして、この動画を観ると、これはこれで「面白い映画！」だったのかも、と思いました。
本来、信玄役だったのは勝新太郎でした。 自負心が強く勝手な振る舞いが多かったために、黒沢監督の怒りを買って役をおろされたそうですが、そんな事が無ければ、もっと迫力のある作品になったのではないでしょうか⁇ 当の黒沢監督自身が、”勝新の影武者を見たかった”といっておられたそうですから。
この映画が意味するところは奥深いよ。
