So few folk have even heard of Harry Warren.

I saw the 1980s West End production of this around the mid-1980s. A young Catherine Zeta-Jones was there and she was impressive. I remember the audience just kept clapping and clapping for all the show-stopping tap dances and tunes. But the one that remained with me the best was when they had a number where they dancers tap dance on wooden tubs on stage. As expected, the tubs produced a louder deeper sound which really just gave the number more emphasis. Wish can see that again.

Hands down the best production!!!! I saw the recent one in London and loved, but they could not compete with this one. Still, it is 42nd Street!!!

I was lucky enough to be in London for business several times the year when it was on - and watched it twice back then. I remember how I had loved it so very, VERY much the first time that I did not want to see any other show than this when I returned back to London 1 or 2 months later. (-:

Clare Halse was just magnificent in this production. I saew it five times and every time she it up the stage.

Such incredible dancers, I must see the show live one day!

I was so lucky to watch this twice at Drury Lane. It was the most glamorous show I ever ever seen. I will never forget it, it gave me goosebumps to see it live. The choreography, costumes, dancing, all so dazzling and colourful.

They were superb. So glad I got to see them live at Drury Lane.

It was the most extraordinary show! I was so lucky to see it twice. Mind blowing cast, costumes, music and sets...it's unlikely I will ever see such production like that again in my lifetime.

Love her voice, humor and earthiness. She is a stunning natural beauty.
