    Create more fat cells? You mean fat cells multiply? I get some medical people say fat cells do not multiply, they just become bigger in size. Can you please clarify? Thanks.

    Hi do fat cells have an order in which they increase and decease fat? Like warehousing is there a first in first out, or last in first out process for each cell or cells. What’s the maximum time fat can be stored in a particular cell? Can fat cells lose their ability to release fat? Thanks

      Hey Rob, There’s no time limit to fat storage in a particular cell- and to my knowledge, there are no studies on your other two questions 💪🏼💪🏼

    Why not put go get an undersink filter down before drink lots of water? It's one of those do it and forget about it things.

      Zac Polzin that’s a great point! We are big fans of an under sink filter. In short, money. Drinking more water costs nothing and having an under sink filter doesn’t mean you’ll drink more. We think it’s best to make sure you’re actually drinking water-even if it’s from plastic bottles, before you worry about purifying it. If you’re the kind of person who can accomplish both, great! But the point of this video was to give people a hierarchy for change.

      AH2012ish nope! Both are great options, the key is to make sure that whatever position you fine you feel strong your hands or forms and don't feel like you're jamming your shoulders. Remember that the plank is a course debility exercise so that's where you should feel like you're getting your work done! Good luck. Thanks for your comment :-)

      AH2012ish program is focused on getting your body moving better in general so you could do this as a daily stretch. only time you want to static stretch before a workout is if you're working on a specific dysfunction, it can change your nervous system is natural pattern and make you temporarily weaker. Before your work ups you need to do some foam rolling coupled with dynamic work and some very targeted static stretches if you have limitations. This routine is for after workouts or after strenuous physical activities/sports. Thanks for your comment and good luck!
