Love Scarborough last time we where there we stopped at the Crown spa very good break thanks fred.

With the "running aground" I pass comment as the Harbour knew long in advance of the impending visit!! The "Molly-Malones" around the topsides did not know their jobs and were NOT capable in an emergency!! The harbour master should have been hanged from the port yardarm and the Pilot (wasn't there one aboard??) should be hanged from the starboard yardarm.. They both should have had a briefing of Andalucias' draft!!! British incompetence once again!!!

I was literally there when I happened

Me and girlfriend went in on a Friday evening in 1985 and were not welcome. We regularly return to Scarborough and always comment on the uncomfortable welcome we received,

I was talking to a friend out side on LWG when I saw thick smoke billowing on the far side of the school, it took me a while to get my Drone in the air so missed the main part but saw 2 fire engines from above the F&C shop very sad, me and my Daughter only ate their a few weeks ago! It will take a while for me to upload the video have yet to edit it.

That used to be a cracking pub - what a shame. The dartboard at 3:12 was especially poignant as the Shaky arguably had one of the best darts teams in Scarborough. Glad I was around at that time.

Some fool left their car near the edge not knowing how the tides work. Didn't get washed away but the sea salt did a lot of damage to the paint work.

Good job it's not that rough like beast from the east, best one was when the sands was being built, waves were covering the crazy golf, there was a few of us fishing at sea life, had to cling on to fence as waves swept past
