I like smaller phones too. Used to have same problem in car. I got a "drop stop" that goes in between console and seat gap. The problem with small phones is always going to be battery. I do doordash and other food delivery. Phone is always on a mount, always have screen on. This phone seems ideal for that purpose. Maybe just as a work phone and then a smaller phone for everyday carry.

Quality control has never been a Google strong point.

i got this phone for 150 as an upgrade at boost mobile lol they really out here rewarding their customers for loyalty lol i could of got a 12 pro max for 200 but ive always wanted a foldable plus i dont really use my phone very much

I ordered 8a 256gb for 450usd trade-in. But when I saw that the OnePlus 12 was 450usd with trade-in, I cancelled 8a and bought the OnePlus 12!! I'm sure 8a would choke on my usage because 6a used to lag and turn off mobile data when in out travelling because it overheats for using just the Google maps and uber.

Samsung is trash. Xiaomi or oppo even blackwiev are much more better than samsung. I used to samsung, but after few month I gave it to my doughter, she's 6 rears old. Just yesterda she asked me about xiaomi phone. Even little girl knows about this trash

Its a great value but does not come close to a s24 or any iphone for the padt few years. Both of the phones im talking about have updates for many years o e plus dont. Build quality almost in par and the camera is just ok. Listen i like this phone i do. But you do get alot for the money

What about Google app lag? I saw on reddit that Chrome, TH-cam, and social media apps lag bad.

How do you deal with heating?

Have you tried playing heavy games like pubgm and cod which supports 90fps? have you faced any fps drop problem like its lock the fps to 55fps when temperature goes above 38°-40°+?

My pixel 7a is charging at 500mA max, It used to charge at 3950mA earlier.

I’ve been watching your videos for quite some time. I enjoy them! One thing I think you’ll love about this phone is how quickly you can recharge it as well! That gets often overlooked how convenient it is to be out the shower get out and your phone be fully charged.
