I just sold my house in aug and moved into a rental too so am just settling back into budgeting now that I’ve figured out the new bill amounts. Hello! Where did you get your place holders?

Just came back from Europe… super fun but our Canadian dollar doesn’t go as far… bring more than you think you need. In London everything cost about double; so if it was £2 it was about $4 dollars Canadian. If it was €2 it was about $3 Canadian approximately.

Glad Cape Cod went well. Honestly Renting is an awesome idea especially if you can find something for your mortgage amount or less and not having to worry about AC units, dishwashers, property taxes because it will be someone else's problem to fix and pay for. Do you use more English or French in your everyday life? Did you hear there is a new loonie in circulation?
