Cute vlog <3 I like listening to you talk about the changes you’ve been making. I also used to have an “all or nothing” mindset and it would make me feel worse when I’d slip up. Yes, consistency is key and progress is better than nothing! Keep it up! 😊❤️
Thank you so much for supporting me love! It so true what they say take it one day at a time, even if I only do a 15-20 minute walk I feel like I did better than not doing anything! Yea I feel that I would also just start spiraling with that mindset but changing my perspective has helped so much! Some days are better than others but that’s truly made the biggest difference in my journey!

I love it!! I wish my hair looked like that😂 it’s so thick when I brush it I look like a lion. So I can’t cut it too short
Thank you so much! I also used to have really thick hair and my stylist would always thin it out for me! After I shaved my head it grew back thinner 😂

With succulents and cacti i highly suggest pots with drainage and make sure the size of the pot fits the root system. Potting succulents in too big of a pot or one with no drainage (if you arent light with watering) can lead to root rot. It took me a long time to NOT kill succulents lol
I definitely think I was overwatering lol especially because my little duck pot had no drainage holes! Haha omg I’m having the same problem right now I cannot keep my succulents alive right now 😂

Those insects are called Earwigs and quite common for warm damp temperatures such as house plant soil, Just remove old soil and throw them outside and replace with new compost :) Hello from the UK by the way!
Hello from California! :) Oh no way?! That makes a lot of sense considering that I was having a difficult time drying at that soil! Thankfully I switched to a chunky mix and so far it’s doing way better! 🫶🏻

You need to find someone who can help you clear the debt from your name. Dont get stuck thinking you need to pay it off bc the credit card companies claim that debt on their taxes anyway. I was over 40k in debt and now rebuilding my credit with people skilled at writing dispute letters to the credit card companies on my behalf. I signed up for Self which helps reports to the credit companies. Then you become an assigned user on a secured credit card, add tradelines etc. Theres alot of ways to go about it.
