Garbage vehicle. So unreliable it's not even funny. On the Equus forums & FB pages, you find owners regretting ever purchasing this lemon when their air suspensions fail with vehicles that barely have 75k miles on them, and their repair bill averages $1500.00 PER WHEEL for ORIGINAL Hyundai air suspension parts (not talking about the cheap Chinese ones that break down even faster but that most people buy because they can't afford the original parts). Then you have the issue of the Pre-Collision and other safety systems not working. Again, on Equus forums & FB pages you have owners complaining how their Equus didn't warn them of an impending crash, didn't take evasive maneuvers as Hyundai says it will, and even air bags that didn't deploy. Aside from those serious issues that could kill you..you have seats that hurt your back after 10 minutes of sitting. Cheap and fake looking leather, wood applique, and plastic controls. And a ride that felt nervous and jittery..instead of smooth and luxurious as advertised. Save your money and buy something that is really luxurious and not this POS. It's no wonder Hyundai killed it. Korean junk at it's finest. Too bad some people have no idea what real luxury is so they think this POS is "quality"..lol. A sucker really is born every minute. 🙄

I’m a recently retired mechanic with over 40 years experience. Like Lexus, this car will be far more reliable than a S CLASS Mercedes, or 7 series BMW. After only about 4 to 5 years, the German cars will be money pits, especially BMW. Why do you think people get rid of them so quickly after only 3 years?

I'm still driving my Avenger. Love it! [05/19-bought new 4/12. Has 28k miles on it] 2012sxt plus and my 3.6ps gets 31- 33 hwy and easy 22 mpg city and I play coz it's very quick with a lot of torque for a fwd so hold on... I just bought one of those the other day I'm in love with it. It's my little baby. No one else will ever drive it.

I am most satisfied with mine 6.2 short bed extended cab. 3 years and it does the work I expected out of a real truck.

I've had a 2012 with V6 and it was impressive. I loved it on the highway as passing on 2 lane roads was never a problem uphill or down. Bad fortune totaled it but I then bought a 2014 with the 2.4 engine. it was still remarkable the power it has. The Avenger feels big but drives sporty and is very comfortable. I added entertainment and navigation myself and saved a large chunk of money over factory install. I would trade for a new one if they had one but will just maintain the one I have and continue driving the Avenger. There are so many on the road I should have no problem with parts for another 10 years.

How reliable is this car compared to Camry ? And does 320i come with back up camera and does it turn off engine when at stop light ? Can this feature be disabled ? I don’t like it. Thanks.

Vehicle is gorgeous in every aspect reliability is a 10, easily get 200,000 or 300,000 miles out of the engine when getting all the recommended maintenance done,will out last some BMW 7 series and S Class models for mileage out on the odometer while paying thousands less.

Its design is worse than the Town & Country tbh.

If i had 50k i would buy this car. But i dont and only have enough to buy a cheaper one around 10k, do you guys recommend the acura 2004-2008 or 2009-2012? i heard people say 2009-2012 is the most ugly and i kind of agree.
