Thank you so much 💖
You’re very welcome!
You’re amazing for breaking all this down
Happy to help my friend! 💪🏽
Do you use auto iso for video?
I don’t! I always manually set my ISO, and I would say 85% of the time I’m right or good enough 😂
Ok but the real question is how to transfer camera photo into laptop in a raw file format, I really don't know 😭😭
He took alot more. Its a sequence of the entire eruption.
god bless you
🙏🏽
This glitch must have been fixed in the last update. I'm on this boss right now and the fight only starts when we go up to the arena, and then it's impossible to go back because there's an invisible wall blocking the exit. Or do we have to do this step at the beginning?
What a horrific way to die. That’s what grit and toughness look like. Doing what needs to be done knowing you won’t survive. Rest in peace.
Bro I have a question if the frame size is 3840 and the horizontal is 2160 will be video vertically in sequence with set to frame size
???
Brother, thank you!!! you save me here!!!!
Thank you for watching!
Absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!!! That mix he did holy shit
Agreed!!
This seems great for pros, but I'm looking to up my quality when I can only use my phone. For most shows I don't or can't get a photo/video pass so I don't even bother anymore. They generally don't care if you can use your phone though. Currently, I use my Pixel 7 Pro with 4k and 60fps, image stabilization, and other standard AI tweaks. I don't do any post-processing currently but looking at a lot of my videos I'm noticing TH-cam lowers the quality quite a bit from the original footage. Also, with indoor shows, low light or red and blue light are generally my worst enemy and I'd love to know how to get the most out of it. I don't currently have any extra lenses so I typically only record when I'm close enough for the .5x, 1x or 2x; the 5x telescopic in the phone always produces too much noise for me.
Thank you🌹
You’re welcome!
I just need to change one clip from horizontal to vertical. When I use auto frame, it changes the entire project 🤦🏾♂️. Help!!
Thank you fr
You’re welcome fr
Thanks... It worked
Thanks for watching!
What’s the range you’ll usually keep your iso at? Love your videos. Have been going through a LOT of them
I appreciate you watching! For outdoor photo & video I generally keep it around 100 For indoor photo I’ll usually go pretty high, but never in the 5 figures lol, and mostly because I know my Sony A7R III can handle it and because of Lightroom’s DeNoise feature For indoor video I try to keep it as low as possible and I’ll never go higher than like the 1500-2000 range (mostly because if I did have noisy video footage I would not know how to correct it lol, so I don’t even bother raising the ISO any higher) Hope that helps!
@@TARIQABDELPHOTO thanks a lot! Helps a lot. Have been wondering, I’ve been leaving my iso on auto during events because it feels pretty nerve wrecking messing with settings mid event! Thanks again! I’ll have to test out Lightroom’s Denoise too!
very helpful and straight to the point
Thank you for watching my friend!
Very nice!
Thank you!
What would you say is the average rate you would charge for 10-15 raw clips?
I’ve never been hired for just video! I usually deliver ~20 photos & ~15 raw clips to 1 client for around $450
@@TARIQABDELPHOTO Thank you for the info, I've always made highlights/recaps in the past or done photos, but was recently asked for rates on 10-15 raw clips so I had no idea what the ballpark was.
I think noon is a bit tight you won't get home till early hours in the morning ; close of play say 5 pm '
It’s all situational and up for interpretation my friend! Within 24 hours of the set is usually my go to these days.
@@TARIQABDELPHOTO the problems with concert photography. The color Balance changes constantly ish. You can take picture just before and a few. I've done a totally different color bands so every picture's got to be. I don't know. It takes me at least minimal 10 minutes in lightroom, but I am a perfectionist so I never let anything go out, which is not quite right
Big thanks!
Absolutely!
Hi! I have a question. I’m a bit confused when looking at my insights. Does it make sense to have 34 accounts reached and 473 impressions? What does this mean? If it helps I also have a total of 96 profile visits? I’m having trouble differentiating between these clearly. I also have no posts or stories within this time frame to give context.
@tariqabdelphoto
Thank you! Appreciate you!
Happy to help friend!
Goat 🔥🙌🥂
That’s all you bro!
what about filming actual musicians, not people playing records?
I would say a lot of the same principles apply! The only exception would be the last tip, since any other genre outside of electronic music doesn’t necessarily have a “rise & drop” - so I would just try and capture the best, emotional moments that tell the best story.
When you change a vertical to a horizontal video will you have all the icons to adjust speed etc.
Yes! You’ll still have all of the tools & features to edit your video regardless of its orientation.
@@TARIQABDELPHOTO Thanks. That would be cool. I'll have to check it out.
What settings do you use with your ride mic pro +
I only lower the decibels to -10!
Can we use it for movie shorts
Like how to edit a panel that is connected to screen i cant edit some of the panel that are at in corner
I have some questions about using 60 FPS and a shutter speed of 1/60. I post my videos on Instagram, which only supports 30 FPS video, so I set my timeline to 30 FPS to get technically the perfect shutter speed for 30 FPS. Is that correct? If so, why wouldn’t it be considered a cinematic shutter when I use 60 FPS? It’s the same motion blur as in the 30 FPS version, just with more frames, so it’s smoother, right? And what happens if I slow it down by 50%? Wouldn’t that also result in a natural shutter for slow motion? Because it would then be 1/60 shutter at 30 FPS? I’ve done some tests, and I think 60 FPS with a 1/60 shutter looks really smooth, and I really like it. What’s your opinion?
Sometimes shooting with 1/250 or less is really hard because of the concert lighting, even with a fast glass.
That’s when “gear doesn’t matter” starts to become incorrect because you’ll want a camera that can handle low light situations. Obviously shooting outdoors & during the day is one thing - but indoor venues and festivals you’ll want a camera that can crank up the ISO when you’re shooting at around 1/250. Plus Lightroom denoise is a game changer.
I'd love to see some more quick tip videos.
I’ll start planning out a part 2 🫡
I recently bought the DJI pocket 3 and the microphone can’t handle the bass the clips are distorted, I was looking at the rode ntg, what do you use ?
Rode VideoMic Pro+ with the mic set to -10 decibels!
@@TARIQABDELPHOTO what camera do you use ? / what’s your dream camera for festivals ?
@@SWEETSTATIK I currently use a Sony A7R III, and I don’t think I’ve ever thought about what my dream festival camera would be 🤔 I would need to think about it for a little. It would definitely depend if it was specifically for photo or video, or both.
@@TARIQABDELPHOTO both
What is considered a quick turnaround?
A good rule of thumb is before noon the following day, but if you truly want to stand out and are able to get the edits done same day or night - I say go for it. (Without burning yourself out of course, especially if you have multiple clients at the same festival) That said, it’s one of the main ways you can truly stand out from all of the competition!
Check high fidelity ear plugs for concerts
Been meaning to! 🫡
You were so easy to learn from!
I appreciate that!
This vid helped me so much. Thanks a bunch It's appreciated
Yes sir 🫡
great video akhi 🔥🔥
Thank you akhi!
Please explain what and why a COI is needed for concert photographer. What are we Insuring?
General liability insurance in case you accidentally break your gear, injure yourself, injure the DJ, run into or break any part of the stage production, etc Artists & festivals won’t even hire photographers if they don’t provide proof of a COI first - so adding it in your cold email effectively speeds up the process and you stand out from all of the competition
i am using adobe after effects 2018 and there is no option of Vertical Workspace. so what should i do?
I’m sure you can create a new AE composition with a vertical aspect ratio by entering 1080 width × 1920 height for 1080p resolution Or 2160 width x 3840 height for 4K resolution Hope this helps!
@@TARIQABDELPHOTO yes i can create vertical compostion. but I want vertical workspace na
Super helpful, thank you.

Can I know usually how do you deal with the risk of laser damaging your camera sensor ?
I honestly never worry about it because the chances of a laser staying perfectly still and aligning with my camera’s sensor long enough to cause any damage are extremely low
also, here in germany you can get it for 300 EUR used in good quality. In my opinion for this price there is nothing better
Agreed! That is such a good deal for a lens so versatile 🤯
Thank you. Having trouble posting shorts since all my content was recorded horizontally
Happy to help! That’s what this video is here for 😊
I use a7iv with canon 15mm fisheye. When taking video set it on infinity it works better than relying on autofocus
Oh wow! I didn’t even realize there was an “infinity” setting on that lens I’ll make sure to give it a shot next time
What settings do you use for the fisheye lense (iso, shutterspeed etc?) Thanks and great video!
Absolutely! Thanks for watching! Since the Canon lens only opens up to F4, I usually keep the aperture there, and I fluctuate the ISO depending on the lighting situation. Since the show I shot for this video was so dark I kept the ISO around 1000 or higher. The shutter speed was always 1/250th or higher unless I’m shooting lasers, then it’ll be around 1/50th For shooting video I’ll drop the shutter speed to 1/60th since my frame rate was set to 30FPS Hope this helps!
Yeah that helps a lot. Thank you very much 😊
Gotchu! 🫡
Thanks so much for your videos. They’re exactly what I need
